    I will try to keep a long story short. On 2/23/24 my truck was rear-ended by an individual in a Budget rental car. After attempting to deal with my insurance and was told they were going to put a used frame on my truck, I attempt to deal with Sedgwick who represents Budget. They admitted fault. I opened the claim on 3/8/24 and told my story about not being comfortable with a used frame as well as getting it from a non BBB accredited company with a 3 star rating on ****** and Yelp. After 3 months without a rental and over ********************************************* she was not certified to approved that, I finally got in touch with a supervisor. She was very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. She proceeded to tell me they would not do anything else for me and that this is all they are legally required to do. When I brought up the fact that this could of been addressed 3 months ago she said oh well. They Wasted my time and putting me out a vehicle for even more time than needed.I am sure I will most likely get the same response as most of these that we have done what is legally required blah, blah, blah but the amount unprofessionalism, inefficiency and lack of respect for others time has cost me a great deal of time and money. I had also tried reaching out to Sedgwick through email to complain but got zero response.I can continue talking about the lack of follow up and blaming it on being overworked and then telling me they didn't want to deal with me and I should go back to my insurance provider. Hopefully this can help spark some type of change.

    I blame this company for costing me my job. My FMLA claim for CADASIL related medical appts. was approved in 2023, and in 2024 I asked them if I could renew it, since nothing had changed. The process in 2023 was difficult, convoluted and marred by poor communication, and simply renewing my claim would be so much easier. They said they'd get back to me, but they never did. I called and left messages twice and after two weeks, received my claim denial in the mail. A week later I was fired. For going to the doctor. For a serious medical condition. That had previously been approved. A condition that my employer was well aware of and even provided reasonable accommodation for. This company is not acting in good faith. They are not paid to facilitate FMLA claims, they are paid to discourage and deny them, and they're hurting good, hardworking people every day they're in business. They're soulless and should be ashamed of themselves.

    Basically. Don't get hurt. You are not covered. You may get medical bill paid, but that's it. They are just legal scammers.

    I have had so many problems with Sedgwick! They closed my case before I could get to the doctor. At one point their claims person tried to send me some cheap knee brace instead of the carbon fiber brace I had been fitted for. Worst customer service ever...even worse than Amazon!System won't allow zero stars.

    Impossible to connect with adjuster, pretended to not hear me everytime I said who was calling. Does not respond to emails.

    0 Stars, 1st off the company isn't accredited but the BBB,2ndly I filed for short term disability on 03/03/2024, it's now 04/24/2024, I've calling every 3-4 days to see what documentation they need, what the status of my claim is & why no one has contacted me like I was promised. I just today got a denial call from the RN for "insufficient paperwork" though I've provided them with the last 12 months of my medical history from several doctors. At this point they told me I can appeal the decision but deemed that I can return to work, which is talking on the phone for 8 hours a day, but esophageal spasm are causing me to not be able to speak or breath correctly for 8 hours a day, thus making my job impossible. Per my my doctor's decisions I am not to return to work yet. I've been approved for disability through ******** which is a maximun taxable income of $170 a week. What am I paying Sedgwick for out of each paycheck for short term disability income protection if they plan on stealing money & having an RN on Sedgwick's payroll to override what 3 PhD medical specialists have said & 2 primary care physicians?..

    Instead of helping which should be your goal, you didn't communicate with me at all. Your an awful company whose only goal is to get paid from the corporate giants, who also don't care. The proof is paying you to deny all claims. Well, congrats. Job well done. Yes that one star is through force.

    Terrible experience with Paternity Leave. Vague process leading up and during leave. Case managers NEVER answer phone!! Tried on multiple occasions and times with no success. ************* reps are pleasant but have no detail information about your case. Total waste of time and resources. Going on almost a month now, with no benefits. A shame to know that they are most likely compensated handsomely by my employer, but don't deliver.

    I have no idea how this company is in business. If you have any interaction with this insurance company youll see their communication and interactions are extremely odd. Constantly moving you to management after each level of the organization ignores you for weeks on end. This place is the epitome of who you dont want to deal with after experiencing an accident and having severe damage to your vehicle. Ive been going in circles for 3 months for this organization to process a claim where I have layers of evidence of damage occurring to my vehicle at one of their clients locations. Intended extremely unprofessional tactics meant to throw off and confuse people trying to get a claim processed. Ive had to beg the people that work here to even respond to an email. Steer clear from these people if you can.

    I was hurt at **** in ********** ** 2/19/24, they made report and the next day their insurance company called me. ********** four two, spoke to *****, no extension number no last name. I wanted to work things out simple, but now I have to **** them down? yeah, I don't think so. This is a job of a lawyer. **** refuses to give their insurance direct number*Store manager ***** and helper ********.
