    Item was as described, arrived on time, instructions were complete and easy to read, and the end product was great. Ordered by phone-they custom design the items for you and it does not increase the price that you see online for a kit. Very happy!

    Just awful. They would not complete my order without me submitting personal and confidential information. My credit rating is over 800 and my credit card is working fine. This appears to be a phishing scam for nefarious purposes.AVOID THIS COMPANY.

    We absolutely apologize for the customer's reaction to our security measures. As a retailer, we have noticed a rampant increase in credit card fraud this holiday season. If our orders department requested more detailed information from the customer, it is because something in the customer's transaction (AVS result, IP address, etc) alerted our fraud detection software. We take security very seriously and again apologize of our reaction was interpreted as an over-reaction.

    With the way of the world as it is today it is a rare find to have a business with such exceptional customer service. They helped me not just get a new part for my gas fireplace, but when I couldnt get my pilot lit informed me that I may need to bleed my gas line, they were just amazing and I will use them again!!

    We went looking for a manual starter for our indoor gas fireplace and eFireplace had exactly what we needed. The price was excellent, and it was delivered promptly. The instructions included were easy to follow and in no time, we were able to install the replacement part. We and the dogs thank you. By the way, that's where the girls love to hang out, in front of the fireplace.
