They responded immediately with the details of what I needed and the corresponding prices. Their customer service rep. Brennan Whalen followed up with an email verifying the details. I placed my order via phone and received it the very next day. I have since installed the parts and everything is working as it should. Thanks eFireplaceStore!!

    I can honestly say this was one of the best buying experiences that I have had. I'd been unsuccessfully searching for a replacement FireMagic grill for weeks. I tried the traditional brick and mortars with no success. So I began my deep dive into the world of Internet BBQ shopping. The prices were all about the same as they fluctuated up and down with the holiday. And then, I found it. The unicorn - the price was considerably better than all the rest. I called eFireplaceStore, and the gentleman answered every question with patience, knowledge and pleasantry so by the time I finished the conversation, I was sold. And that positivity was carried throughout the entire experience. The grill was prepped and shipped in a matter of hours. I was kept up to date daily regarding the shipping and ETA and even received a phone call the day before delivery. I had the grill in under a week, and the entire experience was really awesome. I'm convinced that the "e" in their name really stands for "excellence"

    We needed new gas logs. We priced locally and online. We thought we had found exactly what we wanted, at a reasonable price with another online store. But when we read the fine print, there were some things that were concerning. I then found this site. After some inquiries, I gave them a phone call. The customer service was excellent! They did a price match and we completed the sale. They shipped quickly. We are so happy with our new ************** logs and we had one of the best customer service ever!

    We had an opening that was 20 high. This was the only unit on the market that had the dimensions that we needed without having to adjust our already tiled entertainment center. Super easy for my husband to install. He placed 2x4 blocks on either side,screwed into the entertainment center opening then screwed the fireplace into the blocks. Took about 45 min to install! Love it
