      Just gonna paste what I wrote on ********* but our 20ish year old water heater sorta-exploded and was leaking through the ceiling rough, and Draingo sent ***** and ****** over here to check it out on a Friday. They came back earlier than expected on the following Monday and installed a new one in what seemed like the time it took me to eat my bowl of cereal. I didn't even see them take the old one out of the attic, and it's only accessible by a fold out ladder. Those dudes were just nice, straightforward, get-it-done guys. I would give them a raise and a steak dinner. Cheers guys and God bless.

      I called for a split/frozen pipe. Service was prompt, polite, and thorough. The plumbers who came explained what they were doing, step by step, and gave directions about what to do to ensure that any hidden issues could be dealt with in case it should become evident later. Would call again but I hope i dont have to.
