      My home warranty contracted Drain Go to replace my water heater. During the tech's initial visit, he reviewed me some uncovered charges that I would be responsible for. I inquired about financing and was told to go to the Drain Go website and apply, which I did and was approved. When the techs came to install, I called the office to provide the account number provided by the financing company (as the credit card had not yet arrived). I was told very bluntly that there was paperwork I needed to do first. I was told to tell the technician to stop working. When I called back to ask about what this l paperwork entailed, I was told (again very bluntly) that not only would I have to wait for the paperwork to be processed, I also needed to wait to hear back from their manager because the finance company would charge them 6%.Being a single mom, I could not bare to watch them drive away with the water heater that I'd been needing for days. Thankfully someone was nice enough to let me borrow the money for the uncovered charges. I am disappointed in several things:1. Drain Go should not offer financing on their website that they are unfamiliar with utilizing. I would not have had my credit run and a new account opened on my report had I know that it would be this difficult to actually use it. 2. Drain Go's staff has some room to grow on their customer service and training. My tech was aware on Friday that I'd applied for financing, but on the following Monday, there's suddenly all this paperwork. When I called the office I was met with "he's already there?!" and "you're already on the schedule!?!". I obviously did not put myself on the schedule. I can say that my technician, *****, and his partner were extremely professional about the situation. I hope that my appreciation is passed on to them.Even still, I could not recommend Drain Go to anyone given my experience. Going forward, I will be requesting my home warranty not utilize them for any services at my home.

      Arrived on time. Went right to work. Explained what he would do.. Work done in record time. Double checked for leaks. His work looked great. Very happy with results.

      They are simply amazing! From the phone call I got IMMEDIATELY (faster than the warranty company let me know by text or email who would be coming) the lady was so nice and wonderful to talk to! They came to my house in an insanely quick time and the guy that fixed my plumbing was great! I would recommend and will use them for any future plumbing needs!
