  I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company, who was dispatched twice to my home through a home warranty to repair a leak under my kitchen sink. The issue was initially diagnosed as a leaking garbage disposal. The first ********** replaced the disposal, and things seemed fine for a couple of months. However, the leak returned.On the second visit, they replaced the rubber gaskets and again claimed the problem was fixed. Within weeks, the leak was back once more. At this point, I had another company come out, and their ********** discovered that **the screws had never been put back in after the gaskets were replaced**, which caused the persistent ******* a result, I now have **water damage to the cabinet under my sink**, which could have been avoided with competent repairs. I contacted the owner of the company to explain the situation and request compensation for the damage, but they refused to take responsibility. Their efforts to dispute the facts were far more vigorous than the repairs they performed.This company failed not once, but twice, to do the job correctly. Their negligence led directly to property damage, and their customer service afterward was dismissive. I cannot recommend them and would advise others to be cautious before using their services.

  Very poor and rude customer service from Manager and receptionist answering the phone. The technician came out to replace parts on a toilet at my elderly mothers home and told us specifically there was a 12 MONTH warranty on the parts. We noticed shortly thereafter the toilet wasn't flushing properly. We called back 3 months later to report and was told it would not be honored because it is not their policy. The manager did nothing to accommodate even though we are 100% sure of what we were told. I have used them for this house and 2 other properties as well. They are willing to forgo the loss of all of our business rather than rectify an issue their technician caused. I used to recommend them but will NEVER use them again!!!!!

  I am so sorry for the confusion but it plainly states on your invoice that there is a 30 day warranty.

  Horrible experience. I would give zero stars due to a very rude receptionist, ****** (name provided by her). Lack of professional integrity in conducting a business with customers. The conversation had to deal with scheduling a job, and she stated, in a very rude tone, that they were not interested in accommodating the customer since the customer is the one who needs the service. This was the second time that the technician had to come out because they made a mistake the first time and left without fixing my kitchen faucet, and without saying anything to me. Just disappeared. I made arrangements to leave work in order to be there for the appointment. The second time around, I really could not ask to leave work again, but I could be home by 3:00pm (reasonable time within common working hours). ****** stated multiple times that she would not accommodate and implied that she could not care less. It was awful doing business with her. I called my warranty company and asked them to take this company off the list for my address. Never again!

  I am so sorry about your experience. We do only schedule in time frames & can not guarantee a time on any day. I also pulled your claim & you have first american home warranty with no faucet coverage. That is the reason your kitchen faucet was not fixed.

  DrainGo was assigned by my home warranty company. They contacted me the next day and came out the following day. One issue was resolved same day. The second issue required ordering a part but they came out first thing in the morning after the part arrived and fixed everything quickly. This was by far the fastest any issue was addressed by a contractor assigned through my home warranty company. Great work, prompt and excellent communication. I'd definitely use them again in the future.
