  If you need it go to the state. I ordered the Birth Certificate, April 22nd, it's now May 13th. It was expected now 6 days ago. I haven't heard anything and get the same. The recording that says it's processing the next business day for the last 5 days. I was on hold for 2 full hours. I have screenshots of the conversations. An hour and a 1/2 and 45 minutes this is ridiculous. I want more money back. I don't use this service, i couldn't submit that this review until I gave it one star. It is very undeserved. I want my star back too.

  Ordered birth certificate on 4/9/25. Paid $21 for *** Next Day Air and for Tracking ID. *** picked up the document on 4/21/25 at 6:17 pm. I received tracking email that document would arrive 4/22/25 between 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm. On 4/22/25 at 6:45 pm, *** PULLED the delivery and sent it back to the *** facility; I was notified by email that it would arrive 4/23/25 before 7:00 pm. I finally received my birth certificate on 4/23/25 at ~5:40 pm. Rather than enduring phone tree runaround, I have filled out two of their online issue reporting forms reporting my delivery difficulties and that I want a refund. Their take is that I received my document therefore I should be satisfied and my issue is "solved". They do not even read the comments. If I buy something from ****** and I choose free standard shipping, I don't get to complain about delivery delays. I paid $21 for expedited shipping which I did not receive. I want my $21 refunded.

  I ordered a birthcertificate for my daughet who was born in 1988 in Tn. So far they charged more than 106 $ to my credit card. And they gave me 3 (!) ordernumbers. For each order they ask for more "action required". I cannot manage my order, several calls from Germany ended up waiting in line. Mails were not answered. I send a copy of my passport, german drivers licens, insurance card, german regular id, even my college id fom the 80s when I was in the US. It seems they ignore everything and just collect money. I am ****** off!. I called my bank to have my money back from the creditcard charges. This company is a fraud!

  funny this is my legal document , and someone else decides if I can have it and when. I have uploaded all documents. someone really needs to do something about these agency that get paid to not do their job and im sure BBB is overloaded with complaints

  As far as I can tell, their customer service is quite literally non existent. I have tried calling, emailing, and utilizing their online chat feature, and I cannot successfully get in touch with anyone. Either perpetual hold or no reply back whatsoever. Immediately (literal seconds) after submitting my order, and AFTER they already charged me, they said that some further documentation was required. It seemed odd to me, given what was being requested did not, to my knowledge, exist, so I tried to inquire more. Nothing. I have been trying to get in touch with someone for the past 2 weeks and I swear no one actually works there. At this point I think it'd be quicker and more convenient to fly across the country and deal with the city government where I was born in person than deal with Vitalcheck any further. It'd certainly be less frustrating. I am not convinced that this company is not just an elaborate scam.

  I needed my birth certificate for a May 3rd cruise. I ordered and PAID on 3/28. The cruise date has come and gone. NO BIRTH CERTIFICATE and NO REPLIES to any emails. NO LUCK with their “customer service” phone number. $60 paid for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

  Waiting over a month for our certificates which are the only way Illinois will mail them to you. Tried using the online page and it's never able to access so we have to call. I have been calling for the last week only to be put on hold for up to an hour and then disconnected. Very frustrating. I'm on my 5th call waiting 17min already and still being told same recording they are very busy. I just want my order.

  Applied for a copy of my birth certificate in August of 2024 and they indicated that it would only take a couple of weeks. I did not have any contact with them for months and when I did they said I could not cancel. They advised me that I should receive it by March of 2025? It's May 2025 and they refuse to respond either by phone or email.
