      I ordered certificates from this horrible company back in April of 2022, and I still have not gotten the. They keep giving me the run around. They don't communicate and lie. They took my money. Stay away from VitalChek.

      Repeatably told that they needed more proof (Maine photo ID not valid to them), I had bought from them before, but that did not prove anything. I tried to cancel and they still demanded proof, but were happy to charge my card for a service fee. I would say they took money knowing it was not a confirmed person.

      Ordered two documents on May 16th, it is now June 8th and my documents have yet to ship. (I was given a delivery estimate of May 30.) So here I sit, with the clock ticking on a time sensitive issue, and I have no word on if or when the documents I paid for will ever arrive. I'm sorry I wasted my money.
