      If I could give them 0 stars, I would. We have had account issues for 4 months straight. Long wait times on hold to get customer service and I've had 3 different explanations from 3 different reps. Account manager's refuse to get on the line, the rep puts you on hold, discusses the issue and then comes back. However, if you get them to walk through the "solution" on their end, they realize it still DOES NOT WORK. This last call was the final straw... I'm on hold for the 5th time on the call and then the line goes dead.

      I have never been late on my payment. 2 days ago, received an "Early Account Limit Notification" message. Never seen this before. Called and was told my account was part of an audit. My fuel purchase limit was reduced from $8000 per month to $900 per week!! For what...Usage. I wasn't using my card enough. What kind of crap is that. Did anyone call me...No. An email sent...No. I go to fuel...and was only able to put in $11. In a truck that holds to 200 gallons of fuel. The agent says they need 30 days to review. How do I work and operate my business? Now I'm abandoned out of state with no fuel. AVOID and Shut them down. This is either a scam company or company run by idiots. Prepare for a lawsuit.

      COMDATA teamed up with ****** to solicit to ALL of ****** independent truckers, and received thousands of customers by teaming up with ******  1. COMDATA NEVER BOTHERED TO CHECK NEW CUSTOMERS CREDIT FOR THIS FUEL CARD BECAUSE.... 2.COMDATA WAS GAINING THOUSANDS OF NEW CUSTOMERS, AND THEY KNEW TRUCKERS WAS MAKING MONEY WITH ****** AT THAT TIME!! 3. NOW THAT FREIGHT RATES ARE LOW, THOUSANDS OF LETTERS ARE SENT OUT TO CUSTOMERS WITH CREDIT ISSUES! WHAT A SHAME, AND A WAIST OF TIME!

      I have been ignored by fraud dispute department for almost two months. I have saved all emails and documents of me trying to contact every single day for a response for almost two months and heard nothing. I am owed over 800 they refuse to look into. I even filed a police report into the Fraud and there was an arrest made, so I don't know why it's taking so long. This is ridiculous.

      This company is full of Crap! I filed a dispute with them on Jan. 10th 2022, Here it is Feb. 17th 2023. When i first filed the dispute i was "Assured that ibwill have a response within the 21 business day time frame, here it is going on a month later still no email from the fraud department, still no phone call, all they can say is.....The fraud department will be in contact with you " soon" The card i had stolen came from a plasma center, 2 unauthorized transactions were made on my card! Here I,am donating plasma to save lives, my money gets stolen and they don't want to reimburse me!!! It is really tiresome, annoying,and unacceptable! And at the end of the day they don't cate because it is not their money!! I,am in the process of filing a complaint with the BBB, and the state attorney. If you can stay away from this company ~Comdata card Services~

      The absolute worst fuel card company on this green earth. We were granted 8k on credit After a hard inquiry. We have submitted multiple bank statements and void check for verification, Rep came back and told us The bank account information cannot be tied to the customer TIN number. Rep failed to understand In order to have a business account at **** ** *******, business owners SSN/TIN and business EIN are used to set up account. This information is needed by law to set-up a business bank account. Comdata Rep refuse to understand this process regarding the way our bank account is setup and also refuse to transfer us to a manager in charge.This delay is significantly affecting the way we operate our business this is now becoming utterly ridiculous and officially a clown show. It is now week 4 and still no help or solution from Rep, I won't hesitate to share my dreadful experience with Comdata on my ******* Channel with 30+ Million views... ..it should not take 4 weeks to reinstate credit limit on a new account that as never been used before after my credit was ran with a hard inquiry then being approved for 8k, now all of a sudden they have an issue with the way my business account is setup with my SSN/TIN and business EIN..... And Please Comdata' don't respond with , Thank you for taking the time to speak to me. We appreciate the opportunity to assist you. I will remain in contact with you as we are working to implement....we all know that this is scripted.

      WORST customer service I have ever dealt with in my 27 years of doing business - they have earned the trophy and I do not foresee any entity dethroning them. Constant run arounds and irrelevant emails. I placed a simple (to 99% of most legitimate businesses) request and they replied with "we are going to help resolve the issue". The next email requested a form be filled out and sent back to them - there was no form. The next email was an invite to go online and complete a survey on how well they resolved the issue. I can manage multiple mishaps; however, this has gone on for months. After several repeats of the same failed service, I am finding it difficult to understand how this company has any business partners, knowing there are other options out there. When other options present themselves, the decision to discontinue business with this company has become an easy one.

      The most horrible company I ever dealt with. The Worst customer service you ever deal with. let me start with their CS: - Unprofessional representative who have absolutely no idea what they're talking about, they don't even have the basic knowledge of their own products... - It takes for ever to reach a live person - Their automated answering machines are the MOST frustrating and lack options and ways to route you to the right place... - Annoying automated calls, " we're sorry you're still holding, one of out team members will be with you shortly, thank you again for your call"... every 5 seconds... Loud music.... Imagine you hear this noise for 45 minutes and going!!!! - I reached out to support via email: I didn't get the answer to my question and I was asked to reply to the survey and rate the rep a 9 or 10. As for Comdata as a financial company: - I used to have a prepaid card that I load every time my balance gets low, it worked ok in the beginning, then one time I loaded $1000 and used around $250 and didn't use for awhile, I guess what? That balance disappeared. I fought it for the longest and at the end I gave up because I reached a dead-end, with them. - I deal with brokers who pay only through a comcheck, so I used their mobile app. card expired, they never sent me a new one, and now I can't access my mobile app or my funds... I reached out to CS and ALL of them they say the same thing: if you don't have the card I can't help you!!! I lost my old card, I don't have a new card ==> they can't help me... What kind of company is this???? I will do whatever it takes to DISCOURAGE every trucker of using this company and their cards, and I'm not the only one who had issues with them. This Company has to go OUT OF Business because they don't know how to do business right...

      This company charged a $2,000.00 late fee on payments that were not late and would not refund the money until the next statement date. So they collected $2,000.00 in fees that they were not entitled to receive at any time or any date. In actuality they stole money.

      Overcharged my card! Horrible customer service.i cant even log into my account to review what im being charged for. But yet the call me every minute of the day threatening me they will report to credit department if i dont pay now! Haha they are a joke
