      worst service ever anywhere! i was charge near 2000! in transactions that i didn't authorize i called the next morning that i found out about them i was told to file the online report , after that i was told to wait 21 days its been over a month and a half no response at all every time i call is wait 10 more days we will sent you and email or a letter and nothing,

      Worse customer service I have experience with a company. As an admin of my account I have very little control or abilities to fix matters that arise. The cards are always being flagged for fraud and as an admin I am not able to confirm its not. On top of that there is no good direct phone number or email that gets me to the right people or someone who knows my account to help or do anything. The communication is poor and at the end of the day our projects have been delayed all because of their slow response time, their ability to do anything or even help, and lack of urgency or knowing how to do anything at all. They are outdated, out of touch, and behind on friendly interface, processes, and communication. They make it IMPOSSIBLE for you to get in touch with someone when you are having an issue. I can't even being to explain the frustrations this company has given our company and has made my job a living hell.
