No cybersecurity. You can easily be hacked into. Disputes take long and will be denied anyway. Customer service line is overseas. You will get someone with a thick Indian accent making it hard to understand. Then they will get frustrated with you! My money was taken and my dispute was denied with little to no explanation on why. Do not use this service. Just look at the reviewsComdata Corporation

It has been weeks that money was stolen from me. I filed a dispute in which I was denied. An email is suppose to be sent to tell me why or if I want to dispute it. It has been weeks and no e mail. Some people here that are complaining about not having received money back for only 3 months. Have nothing on me. Had a frog juliet charged back in may that was told it would take twenty one Business days for the investigation to complete and for me to get my money back. It's now been six months and nothing. I've called multiple times and spoken to alleged supervisors to no avail. If I could rate them zero stars I would but unfortunately I have had to only include oneComdata Corporation

Comdata is absolutely a SCAM!!!! They have stolen money from me on 3 separate occasions within the past 90 days. I have tried every time to even get ahold of somebody but they even make that a whole challenge. They legitimately make you jump through HOOPS. I waited on the phone for 45 minutes the last time and got no response. They actually told me to just write a letter!!! LOL In todays climate with technology they should have an easy access portal for customer service o their website. They do not take their clients seriously whatsoever. I am 100% done with this company. I am cutting up my card and chalking the money up to a downright bad business that steals from its users with absolutely ZERO integrity and they must need the money to be that scandalous and disgusting. This company is a scam. Money was stolen from my account 3 months ago and I have yet to receive a follow up or update. Every single time I call they tell give me the same run around that they have not received an approval or denial from the dispute department. At this point I'm giving up on ever getting my money returned to me. This seems to be happening to so many people that you would think that they would look into what is going on but no. This company is absolute garbage and I regret ever doing business with them. If anyone is reading this and wondering wether or not to get a Comdata card, just don't. They will steal your money and just keep stringing you along telling you that it will "eventually" be resolved. Absolute trash.Comdata Corporation

Been doing business with this company for two years. I have a small fleet of two trucks and do not use ELD which means we are restricted traveling anywhere over a certain range. The only fuel card we currently use is in my pocket and I received an email that the exact card that’s in my pocket had been used at large amounts of over $800 with various transactions at places out of our commute and restriction. When I contacted ComData they blocked my login account and said they could not help me log in the first time to check on the transactions myself. The following they someone was able to help me log in. There is no way we could talk to anyone in the dispute department by phone. Only by email. Someone was supposed to reach out regarding the issue but they kept requesting I resend the transactions over and over to the dispute department and I did. Nothing got resolved. Over $1,500 had been deducted from my account for this fraud. This is going on two weeks now and no solution and no one reaching out regarding the fraud. This is unacceptable. I no longer trust this company for my fuel advances and will not be doing business with them in the future. No business owner should go through this stressful fraud by themselves while this company does not even do the bare minimum to address my concerns. Both parties are well aware this is fraud and have proof of this being a fraudulent activity but no help from Comdata. Now I must go through my personal financial institute to file a dispute because Comdata staff is not willing to assist me with this issue. This is unacceptable. This company is a biggest scam in the world somebody took $1400 in fuel with card still in my possession and comdata put my card on block but still went and charge me for those transactions, also my account was locked and I couldn’t log in, try to call them to help me with my account and they keep coming with excuses just so I can’t get access to my account it took me 7 days to get someone to help me to log in im sure is them giving account information to other people to use cards so they can make money. Stay away from comdata big scammers because it is so fishy that you can’t contact fraud department one that you actually need but you can get costumer services one that can’t do anything to help youComdata Corporation

I filed a dispute because money was stolen from my account with Comdata. The dispute was filed on July 27,2023. Comdata told me to wait 30 business days and my monies would be returned. I waited and called after the 30 days. A representative told they would check with the fraud department. I waited 7 more days no response. I called Comdata back spoke with a manager. She told me I would get an email. No email No response. I have called multiple times, even given fake email address and phone numbers for the fraud dept. WHY is Condata allowed to treat customers this way! I'm at the point to get a lawyer involved. I fell that Comdata stole my money! This place is a fraud! I have called everyday and not one person will help me at Comdata. All try say everytime I call is " I'm so sorry this happened". I sick of this company feeling it ok to treat the customer this way. I pray a lawyer will see these comments and take the case to sue!Comdata Corporation

This company has been charging me a $3.50 charge. Every time I check my balance I was unaware of this. Over the last year I’ve been charged over $125 in *** fees just for checking my balance that’s not including when I took out money. I asked for a refund and the company refused to give me one. I am unable to use their app Because of some type of glitch that’s why I had to go to an ATM to check my balance.. when I did this my balance kept going down and down and I couldn’t figure it out, now I know this company screwed me overReview fromCaden P

This company needs to be shut down. It’s impossible to talk to any if they’re representatives or get the attention of any of their staff or accounting department. I was wishing to empty my debit card and close the account, and I went to my account on the FINTWIST by Comdata App to check on my balance and the app wouldn’t connect to the servers. This happened for weeks and I was never able to see any information regarding transactions or account activity. I had no access and I was worried my account was having fraudulent activity. I contacted their customer services several times and they simply told me to try again later. I eventually was able to go to an ATM and have the funds transferred to a bank account I had gotten elsewhere. I found that nearly $100 was removed from my account in the weeks I was without access to my account. I never used the card. I believe there was fraudulent activity, since Comdata never informed me of any fees or account activity. WORD OF ADVICE: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! It’s insecure and you will never know what happens to your money! I tried several times to get a credit report on my account to get my funds back and they refused to help me further than to have me wait until they send it to me. It’s been a few weeks and I still haven’t heard back. Horrible Accounting Department I sent payment information to Comdata weekly to be applied to our account. Frequently payments are not applied to our account and I have to contact them to reverse the late fees / charges that they say I owe and RESEND the payment information again to prove it was paid and paid on time, sometimes even paid early! I can understand this happening once or twice, but not frequently. I tried to close the account and they still sent a statement for an invoice that was paid already but apparently they failed to apply the payment again. I am tired of going in circles with them. Stay clear, NOT WORTH THE WASTED TIME AND FRUSTRATION. I was also told that I short paid invoices since switching to payments by wire transfer, even though I paid an additional $20 fee to our bank to process the wire transfer (which was charged in addition to my payment and did not reduce it). Comdata was trying to charge me for wire transfer fees that they incurred from receiving my wire transfer payment. This was never discussed when we were told we had to switch to wire transfer as a payment method. I was billed fees for this for "short paying" invoices that I had paid in full with proof sent. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
