    I am delighted with my purchase and wanted to make sure I came on here to say so.I received an email from ResellerRatings.com asking for a review, but at the time, I hadn't heard from anyone after confirming my order which was 5 days prior. That's not a very long time, but with this day and age, it's a little odd. I grew concerned because I had already paid for the rug.The same day I sent the low rating review, I got notification that my rug was being delivered that day, and it was! I jumped the gun and regret that I did. The rug is beautiful and was delivered in excellent condition. I would definitely recommend ordering on rugs.com and will likely order from this particular vendor again!

    Great rug. soft and high quality. Super fast shipping as well. But just that the colors are a bit darker (in-person) compared to what it is on the photos. Also, as the rug is shipped folder, it is full or wrinkle and it will need a lot of ironing with wet towel to remove those wrinkles.
