    their depiction of the rug was accurate, the price perfect, and to delight and glee arrived in record time. at such point in time that replacement rugs become necessary, rugs.com will be the first place to be checked out.

    I ordered my rug, Chindi hand woven 10x13 rectangle, and I received it via fed ex less than a week later. It came rolled up in heavy plastic (not sure that was protective enough,) but it was and it is a beautiful rug. Better than pictured. Obviously I just got it so I don't know how it will hold up but I got this huge beautiful rug for $160 so I can't be too mad if it doesn't last forever.

    I got my rug quicker than I expected. The rug is beautiful exactly as pictured. The color does seem to darken the room more than I realized it would. I love it and recommend it and will shop here again.

    This is my fifth purchase, always the best quality, great selections and excellent pricing. I have two colorful rugs in my at home office that brighten up an otherwise dreary space. AND the only 13ft runner I could afford that keeps my older (13 1/2 years) border collie from slipping and falling on the slick hallway flooring. I am sure this will not be my last rug purchased here.

    It is exactly what the website described and what the picture showed, true to color! The price was very reasonable. It is well made and was packaged professionally to minimize any problems during shipping. I received updates all through the shipping stages. I am very pleased!
