    Quick delivery wrapped and secure. The quality of the rugs is very good. Too bad I ordered a runner that is too long! This is not my first rug purchase from Rugs.com....Love their choices, styles, and professionalism. Will purchase from them again.

    The rug arrived on time and looks great. I couldn't beat the price and I had been looking for a while. My only complaint, and I understand why, is the way it was folded for shipment. It made it more compact and easier to ship but it put in wrinkles that will take a while to get out.
