    Website makes it easy to purchase with great prices. Loved that you can actually see the exact rug you have chosen in your own home. It came a day earlier than delivery date. Am very happy with my purchase. This is the second time I have purchased a rug from this company.

    The rug I ordered was exactly like the picture which was great because it was the color scheme that was most important to me. I ordered a 9x12 area rug and a 2x6 runner in the same design. I was happy with the many choices available and the variety of sizes. Prices for the rugs were very competitive also; however, I ordered a nonslip pad for the 2x6 runner and not only did it cost the same as the rug, it was a pad that I could've purchased at any household store for 1/3 of the price I paid for it on rugs.com. It was too much hassle to return it so I kept it, but will not be buying rug pads from this site again. This is also the reason my review is 4 stars instead of 5.
