    This is the second time I have ordered from this company. The colors match the picture. I ordered it it was here in 2 days couldn't believe it. Put it down cleaned it vacuumed it like they said and it looks great

    My wife and I very much enjoy shopping at Rugs.com. They have all kinds of rugs satisfying all kinds of people's tastes. On this website you can find rugs of all types, all sizes and shapes . It is the fifth time we order from Rugs.com and we have never had any issues, the rugs are great and reasonably priced. Would not buy a rug anywhere else.

    I love my new patio rugs! They are exactly as described, and I have received many compliments on them. This was my second order from rugs.com and I'm very satisfied. The website is easy to use and offers an amazing selection. My rugs came quickly and with excellent care instructions.

    5'3" x 5'3" YELLOW FINSBURY OCTAGON PROS: 1) Availability: Initially I found the rug on another site, but not the size I wanted. So I checked out and found it on Rugs.com. 2) Virtual Try-Out: I loved seeing what multiple rugs look like in my room -- by (easily) uploading a photo. 3) Shipping was very fast and "free" (included in cost). 4) Multiple modern designs, color options, size options and SHAPE OPTIONS! 5) Price.CONS: 1) THE *** IS WAVY; I CAN'T TELL IF IT WILL EVER LIE FLAT. 2) Automatic delivery date was wrong. It was scheduled to arrive on a Sunday (which was a surprise). It didn't happen, yet I got an email that day asking about the experience -- making me think it had been stolen from my porch. On Monday I was told there are no weekend delivery dates. So, the Web site's auto delivery algorithm needs to be changed to prevent confusion and phone calls.

    Rugs.com has great choices. I have ordered several rugs from this company and I have always been very pleased. They are great quality and reasonable prices.

    Great prices, shipping was fast. The only concern I have is with the actual delivery company. They left my rug exposed to sun and rain for the two days we were not home. This created a slight variation in color on the rug but otherwise I love the rug.
