      I am not giving this Apartment complex no stars I am not a happy person at this point I went and visit **************** apt. in ************** **. and I was told today that I was not approve before that I was ask to download the portal and download my check stubs and bank statement, which doesn't make since that I need to share my bank statement to an apartment complex not buying a house. But anyway me and my 2 kid's receive the same message now keep in mind they sent me the credit scorefor all 3 of us nd 1 of my kid's is a minor and I was provided a credit score for her and i am a little confused as of why I will not go thur this again with Greystar and then tell me that I will get my admintration fee back in 30- 45 Day's the devil is a lie I need my money back asap. Very bad Business wait until the resdient is approve before asking for all of the other item's like check stubs and bank statement. I only gave a 1 star because it want let me leave the review without a star

      *********************** is very unprofessional. After applying for an apartment and paying their Admin fee o went to the property to view a unit. After viewing I asked for the Lease Agreement to be issued. Nothing. And I mean ZERO contact from them. I had applied for a few other apts and had been approved for all of them. I went ahead and selected one. Still had heard NOTHING from *****. I contacted their office for a refund. After acting as if he didnt recall me coming to the property and going back and forth I reminded him that I too and a Realtor and will not accept them just taking my money. He then responds that he will issue the request from corporate. We all know the checks in the mail right? I move forward with contesting the admin fee charge with my bank. Today I receive an email stating I owe them for the application fee. I email ***** stating I owe them nothing. He responds they will be sending me to collections if I dont pay. I quickly informed him he would hear from my Attorney. This is actually his response: OK SOUNDS GOOD!. Hope that makes you feel good there *****. So professional.

      ACCOUNT #******** PLEASE READ!!!!!!!!! Like many others, my experience with Greystar apartment property H32343***353434333935H has been horrible. I rented 2 apartments at Laurel ****** Apartments unit #*** and #***. When I moved out of unit #*** I did not get charged move out charges. I had an agreement with the property manager at Laurel ****** for a 6 month lease and a prorated amount for the first week of May 10,2022. I paid my lease in full and the prorated amount, and shortly after I received a Summary of move out charges totaling $1,798.75 for charges such as Base rent $419.03, Cleaning Fee ******, 71x72 Blind $43.34, Full paint $160.44, Carpet Damages $805.12, Utilities $211.02, Carport Charges $6.45, Rent Protect Lease Violation$19.00, Zero Deposit Waiver $9.35. Also, I had a credit balance in the amount of $505.20 (the prorated amount for the first week of May) ******* they wanted me to pay for a full renovation for the Unit #*** upon moving out. I reached out to ******************************* at Greystar Receivables and it only got worse from there. I emailed him documents, renters insurance, and followed-up only to be receive a newly revised summary of charges that showed changes from the previous invoice of Final water and Utilities $140.65, Full Paint $309.31, and Plank Flooring $1,119.78 with no Credit balance of $505.20 from the first summary of move out charges invoice that I received. This property H32343***353434333935H is trying to get me to pay for renovations when the Unit#*** was not even renovated upon moving in. Also, upon asking about the credit balance I was told that the first invoice does not matter and *********** was not even willing to help resolve the issue and was rude. If I could give this property zero stars I would. I would like to speak with someone about the inconsistencies and incorrect move out charges as I was told by ****** at Laurel ****** Apartments that I was responsible for the $505.20 prorated amount that got credited back to me. I paid everything in full!

      This place is absolutely Horrible!!! Nasty, gnats every where!!! Charge for extermination but never come!!! Walkway super nasty!!! The end of May 2022 another company brought this place!!! Building 100 top apt pipes burst!!! FD can 6/3/2022 4 am to turn there water off. 2 apt under was flooded, now has Mold Mildew Gnats!!!! They sent 2 men for drywall & painting but They left because of Mold!!! Havent heard anything else!!!!!!! NEVER COME here!!! Help me Lord!!!!!!
