      WOULD GIVE LESS THAN ONE STAR IF I COULD. DRIVER MOVES THE CAN IN FRONT OF MY DRIVEWAY EVERY WEEK NO MATTER HOW FAR DOWN THE STREET I LEAVE IT. HAVE CALLED EVERY WEEK AND ASK THAT THE DRIVER LEAVE THE CAN WHERE HE PICKS IT UP. i'M TOLD THEY HAVE NO CONTACT WITH THE DRIVER AND NEVER GET A RETURN CALL FROM THE SUPERVISOR

      I am very sorry to hear of this issue! We currently perform over 250,000 residential trash and recycle collections per week of which 99.7% are completed successfully, on time and without issue. We are continuously working to improve our services with a goal of 0 reported service challenges.       Unreliable. Promised a credit for missed pickups, but never received just lies. Stay away from them. Should be named Whitetail Unreliable and Can't dispose.

      I was going to transfer service for a house I bought. They told me someone would need to get back to me. When I walk out of my house two days later the can is gone and the trash is dumped in my driveway. I call to remedy the situation and they shoved me off one of the reps even said "we wouldn't do that". Right... so someone just stole the bin? They admitted they picked it up, but the workers lied and said they didn't dump the trash in my drive way, which is absolute malarky cause I have trash in my driveway. To this day they have not called me back or try to right the situation. Almost glad the transfer was never finalized I don't want to deal with a company that lacks this muck integrity that they blatantly give me the finger.

      They did not agree to their contact. I called billing as I was offered one-month free service due to a coupon I had. They said it would show up in my second cycle. It did not when I called, they said I had to prove I had a coupon. I stated you are the ones that sent out the offer they again said the burden of proof lay with me. This is not right It is a bait and switch tactic. OH by the way I have the coupon and since it was sent through the mail I believe this might qualify as mail Fraud.

      We don't have any negative experiences with Whitetail residential services after using them for several years. They communicate when pickups will be delayed; prices are nothing to complain about and they respond quickly when you have bulk items to be picked up. They are very kind on the phone - zero complaints.

      I have had residential service for a few years now. It was good in the beginning but they started raising prices and the service has gotten bad. Trash all over the street in front of my house weekly after they pick up. I cancelled my service 9/30/22 and they still have not picked up my trash cans. I have talked to numerous people there who always assure me they will be picked up next week. Still sitting on my property. I’m now calling daily. The phone call always goes on hold for awhile then hangs up. I’ve been on the phone with them for an hour and a half now. It’s been 5 weeks now. Where’s the manager for this place ? I will never use them again.

      A sales person from Whitetail come to my door unsolicited and presented certain promises about their service. I was no entirely happy with a recent price increase my trash company put through so, I listened to what he said and I liked what I heard and I gave him my credit card to process a payment for 90 days of service. The price would be locked in for a year. I was very happy to hear that they take recycling very seriously because that is a concern for me. Both my husband and I are very environmentally invested. After the first pickup we noticed that the recycling was collected but not the trash, we noticed it when my husband was putting out the trash for the 2nd pick up week. Nothing was collected on the scheduled day. I tried to call to find out what the problem was and their lines were tied up and I noticed the message chat feature on their web site. So, I reported the problem and was promised a pick up within 48 hours. One older truck came and took everything, no separation between recycling or trash. Third week, same problem, fourth week, same problem. Then they tell me they cannot make it onto my road - I live in the country on a dirt road - and that they will have to send a different kind of truck and my cost would increase by $45. That would bring the cost from $90 to $135. I tried to express my displeasure - not using any word that could even remotely be considered vulgar - and was told by the woman helping me that she didn't appreciate my attitude. I tried to explain bait-n-switch and she didn't like that either. A few emails later, the price would remain the same but I needed to take my bins to the crossroads - over 200 feet from my property, on a road, and against HOA Rules and regulations, not to mention potential trespassing or causing a road hazard. The price lock in for a year via a "simple agreement" that they do not consider a contract but if I try to cancel - they will charge me $75. Situation is ongoing.

      think twice before you hire this company. Their policy is that if they don't pick up it is YOUR responsibility to call them to tell them and then they have 48 hours to send a truck. If they meet that 48 hours commitment, they are not responsible for bill adjustments. In my case I waited 2 days to call to tell them that no only me but my entire street was not serviced, so our trash will sit at the street for nearly a week. Customer Service and CS Manager would only repeat that they have 48 hours to resolve our issue and that since we didn't call until 2 days later, that is when the clock starts. A mighty expensive quarterly bill to be treated that way. Customer has to tell you that service was not provided to more than 30 homes.

      2 weeks of waiting for service to start. 3 weeks later still waiting for cans to be delivered (and calling for a truck to come back to get our trash each week). In week 6 we canceled service. 14 weeks later still calling to be reimbursed for fees paid in late June 2022.
