  Do not sign up for this company! They made several promises and made several excuses about the lack of service. We cancelled our service prior to the start of the new quarter in July. They still charged our account. We made several calls to receive a refund. We are still waiting and it is now in the 4th month! They make promises, but never follow-up. Horrible company. 0 stars would be too much.

  HORIBLE HORIBLE HORIBLE, STAY AWAY, Waiting 2 months for a refund! Was charged while on the phone with them, but they take over 2 moths for a refund....

  Whitetail is awful. For several years (5?) we had our own bins that they picked up. For the past 9 months (when service was at it's worst) they have skipped our house 1-2 times per month. Then they said they were going to charge us because we had our own bins. So we got their bins and now have too many garbage cans in our drive way. It's wasteful to not let us use what we have. We also were willing to put a sticker or paint our bin so they wouldn't miss it. Today they took half of our recycling, presumably because some was in one of those smaller blue bins. I've also seen them spill other neighbors' garbage and just leave the mess in the street. At least 2 times and large amounts. It takes a lot for me to be this annoyed to post a bad review. Changing as soon as our prepaid service is up. Why this area doesn't just pay one municipal company to pick up trash so you don't have so many trucks running through neighborhoods is beyond me. It would limit trucks speeding through communities, should lower cost (more efficient), and reduce pollution. This is the only state/area that I've lived in that does things this way.

  Horrible Service! I signed up for Whitetail Trash Disposal at the end of May with service beginning July 1, 2022. One of the lures was that I would receive trash pick up 2 x weekly and bulk pickup service. Well, they have not delivered on either count. I pre paid for 2x weekly and have never had my trash picked up 2x in a week. I call each time the trash is not collected and get a myriad of excuses. I also receive lectures on how to put out my trash. If the handle is pointed the wrong way they won't pick up the trash. What is in my trash? Well, there seems to be no problem with the direction of my trash can for 1 day week! Also, the omitted telling me the charge for bulk pick up. I was told to put out anything and it would be picked up on trash day. Now I discover they want $$$$ for anything larger than 24" by 24'. False promises made when recruiting new customers and very poor customer service. I am expecting them to honor their promise to not charge me a penalty when I do not continue my service after this billing quarter.

  Came through our development selling there service, claiming there cheaper n better...... lies Told me they would cancel my account with my present trash company....lies Told me I would get a can before the first collection.....lies Told me the dat of my first collection.....lies Called and the lady blamed it all on the drivers.?.?.?.?.....lies Just another corrupt comp. BBB you have to many complaints not to see there as dirty as Putin. Shut them down.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  This company uses harassing, aggressive, and inappropriate sales tactics. I recently had someone from Whitetail knock on my door. I answered the door and politely said that I was not interested in switching my trash service. I close the door. He continued to knock on my door until I came back. When I reiterated that I was not interested and asked him to leave he tried to argue with me. I had to tell him to leave my property and shut the door in his face again. When I called the company to express my concern with the sales techniques, the woman I spoke to said he had every right to keep knocking on my door until he got to say what he wanted to say. I will never do business with this company.

  They took a personal can and are saying there is nothing they can do about it. Customer Service. Time to get a new trach company. Never has this happen before wiht many other companies,

  The company does not provide the services the customer pays for. They never pick up the trash on the days they are supposed to. When you call you always gey the same excuse of a problem with the truck and they will be out, sometimes 3 days later, sometimes not at all.
