  Install America put new windows in my home summer of 2022. Everything seemed fine until winter came and I had furnace at 75 degrees and home was 65 degrees inside. I had to turn on my oven, take dryer vent off and use dryer to heat, plus electric heaters to heat my home. I'm a crippled senior citizen who went through 45 operations so far, as 7 were heart operations. I have bad nerve damage which I'm in pain 24/7. Pain medication is a no for it does no good at all. Install America sent out a guy to inspect the windows. The guy said the windows all need to be taken out and re-installed because he could see outside from inside around the windows. After the guy left I heard nothing back from Install America, and after a few calls to the company I called again and talked to a Bill Higgins, and he got really nasty with me. He said the guy returned and said I refuse him to come into my home to inspect the windows. I also called Aqua Finance and they took me off auto pay until an investigation was done with the windows. I guess it's okay these days to rip off crippled senior citizens and risk him death.

  For a old house and what he had to tear out and replace to make our bathroom bigger, im very impressed! Only took him little over a week where it would take us ourselves forever. There's somethings about the wall there wasn't really options to make perfect, but will look even better when we paint it. I do say I'm not sure if it's worth the amount the loan they quoted but I'm very happy with the way it turned out!

  I received a call from Install America from seeing their advertisement. We were interested in getting a roof replacement before Winter. The old roof went thru too many Winters' already! This is a 2 and 1/2 story home that has a steep roof with several huge gables and valleys which was a difficult job to replace. It was a job for the experts to handle. The salesperson was knowledgeable, and a contract was agreed upon. The materials that were used was the best quality and should last our lifetime. We appreciated the roofers, they worked from sun-up until dark four days straight, completing the job just before the rain and snow arrived. They did a fantastic job removing the old roofing, installing the new roof on the main house and front and back porches. Reinstalling the gutters and cleaning up. The job went great from start to finish. All the Install America representatives answered all our questions and sent us pictures of our beautiful roof. We will recommend them to our family and friends. Thanks so much.

  After contacting Install America about a quote their sales rep came and provided a thorough and comprehensive evaluation and provided a quote that I was happy with. After the material was ordered and arrived within a week the installation guy (Tyler) showed up and began the demo. Over the next couple of days he completed the shower rip out and rebuilding of a new one. He was on-time every day, very courteous and polite, and did an excellent job, as well as the cleanup. Was a pleasure to work with, and when I can I have another bathroom that I will want remodeled, and Install will be my go-to company. Feel very comfortable recommending them.

  We hired the to replace out roof. Wade their salesperson said we would have lathen replaced and a moister barrier put on under the metal roof. He never put it in the contract. I take the blame for signing the contract, I thought I was signing to hire them for the job The contract when I did figure it out hurts the signer in every way. The crew was unprepared for the rain our house was flooded from the attic to the first floor. We lost so much. We told Phil, crew leader when he said he would get the barrier that we didn't have money to pay for it. He said work it out later. Came back with seven-thousand-dollar barrier. That is half the cost of the roof. The damage to our other roof and a busted hot box. We cleaned up nails and other garbage the left. The one roofer told me before they left that his crew did not do metal roofs. We were threaten with them having the crew walk off and having them tear off what roof they had already put on. The only good thing they did was hire Servpro to come in and clean up the mess. This happen July 1, 2022, and they are coming down Sept. 7,2022. I still have no walls or ceilings in some of the rooms. I had other jobs that I was going to use them for but not now. The whole group of them need retrained on how to be honest and respect people who hire them.

  Install America put in our new bathroom shower and ceiling exhaust system. I would definitely use this company again. I absolutely love the onyx shower walls. It is so easy to clean too!

  I'm in Middle Tennessee. The guys who came out to put up our siding were FABULOUS. Old School professionals. Two guys took 4 days and cleaned up their mess daily. Joel and Jeff. I don't think it could have gone any better or looked any better than it does. My house is old and not square. They buttoned up this old house and it is tight. I would recommend this company to anyone.
