  I was double charged on my down payment of $2000. It is impossible to contact anyone with the company cause they don’t answer the phones. They say the refund was been issued but that was over a week ago. Never use these people they will scam you every chance they get

  Install America is not practicing good business practices. They pressure people into doing work at higher-than-average prices. They do not have their own workers they hire sub-contractors. They go to rental properties and never inform the owner do unauthorized work and pressure the renter to pay through high interest loans. They have a sales program worse than any other solicitor, for they do not leave until they get a signature over 4 hours of high-pressure sales tactics at my rental property. At no time was I informed of the work, and I am not in agreement with any of it. Stay away from this company.

  Install America LLC is fraudulently trying to take $9700 from my elderly mother who has dementia. $9700 for a front door. They lied to her about the loan amount. They have a contract with now terms as far as length of the loan or the interest rate. They refused to cancel the contract. They are taking advantage of the elderly pure and simple.

  We are remodeling the family home . four generations . We looked to Install America for a new roof and siding. I had a call with a representative told them our exact needs and he took me through the options and provide guarantees for the roof and siding materials and color. The morning of the appointment the representative who was allocated to measure our property and was late. not by much I admit. I gelt soon as he got out of the car he was disinterested. "I guess you are Mr Kennedy" almost scornfully! I said yes but you can call me Aaron. With almost a frown he shook my hand. Looked out our home. mad no comment. went back to his car took out his ground measuring tool. made one pass. " so what don both so" ? then took out his device and and said " So you guys want a metal roof. why would you that" and proceeded to laugh!!!!!!!! instantly I was done because of this insult. I told him " ok lets leave this as I shall not be mocked or do business with a company who is laughing at our choices for our home" he said " fuck you" and so he left. This is utterly disgraceful. I made our needs clear and Install America said " excellent" and that they could easily and happily provide what we that in their service. This was negative and upsetting experience

  Terrible service. Had windows installed and found 1 was leaking air thru it. 1st time I called took multiple emails, and phone calls and weeks later I finally got someone to come out. Looked at it and said there was a little piece sticking out so he cut off and said that should work if not call back. Well didn't work and since then I been calling now 2 weeks no answer just voice-mail. Texted number on Somerset web page and was told to fill out a formal to get fixed. I did and everyday since then only people who call are asking me they saw I wanted to get work done. I tell them no, I wanna get window fixed that you already did. She tells me all ok I will have someone call me back in 5 min. Never got a call back. Week later lady calls me and I tell her what is happening and she says that goes thru Somerset Store. I said I texted message the number on that store cause nobody checks voice-mail and they told me to fill out installamerica/service form to get a work order to fix window. This company is a huge joke. Go on Google and read reviews on there and you will see.

  Install America is fantastic! With a superbly terrific team and wonderful workmanship, it remodeled my kitchen tremendously well and in less time than expected.
  
  The team was truly incredible. They didn't waste time or joke around. Totally professional the whole time. And they liked that i asked questions. I appreciated that. They also cleaned up really well after each day and made it a little dusty and unclean as possible. I have severe allergies and this helped a lot.
  
  Honestly, Install America is the place to go to get a new kitchen. Hands down. Affordable, fast and perfect. Don't overlook them. You'll be sorry if you do!

  I am looking to get three quotes for replacement windows for my home. So far two other companies are willing to come and talk with just me, as my husband works a ridiculous amount of hours. This company would not give me the time of day, simply because my husband isn't home. How sexist and ridiculous. They won't be getting my business.

  I had Install America install 4 windows and 2 storm doors on 06/02/2022. The windows were installed satisfactory, but storms doors are terrible. I complained to the company and a person came out to look. He inspected and commented they were installed poorly and doors do not fit.He remeasured and said they would be reordered. Have not heard that the doors were ready to reinstalled with new doors. Now a person is saying the job is complete, but it is not until replace the doors they put up sloppy.

  Install America is scamming My mother in law. Do Not do Business with this company ! They came out to our home and approved my mother in law for 250.00 a month . She lives on fix income and made that clear to them. Monthes later came and put roof on . Again come back out to our home and told us bank backed out her loan because they just seen late payment she made on credit card. Now they said bank wants 500.00 month knowing she can’t afford that . They waited one week and now said bank won’t do loan and now want 25,000.00 in full or they gonna put lean on her home . She 80 years old and they trying to take her home!!! Protect u and your family and do not do business with this company !!! They approved her a loan then roof was finished they changed their word !!!!!

  I have for WEEKS been getting very rude calls from "Install America" asking for "Helen" and no one from my number is named Helen or is interested in any home improvements from robocalls, telemarketers, or the likes. These calls have been like three in a row and getting ruder and ruder with each call. NASTY people calling! If this is not this business they need to do something about these calls harassing folks like me, a 75 year old woman taking care of a husband who's had a stroke and must answer the phone due to deal with the health care workers calling.
