      We replaced two windows in the kitchen, went for a single casement style.We have got windows of the wrong size, about 2" shorter and they just put a vinyl plank over ***** looks ugly.The company refused to change them and kept insisting that the size is ********** a result, we lose money and have to do it again.

      Obtained my contact without my consent and will not stop calling from spoofed numbers in order to avoid being sued by the FTC for violation of their do not call list rules.

      Had a great experience with Install America. I had an old ugly outdated jacuzzi tub removed and a nice sleek walk in shower installed. The contractor was very professional, respectful of my property and did a fantastic thorough job on the installation. Im very happy with the end result and the products are high quality.

      Do not believe anything this company tells you theyll change the contract my scribbling it out. I ordered the 66 x 53 x 6. They brought me a 6 x 4 which is way too small. I needed it for a wheelchair. They want to bring me 3 inches bigger than what it is in there which wont help me a bit it clearly states on the drawing 66 x 53 x 6. The contract doesnt say that, but the drawing that they **** does And you can see scratched out marks I would never use them again. Im taking them to court to get my money back. I had enough faith in them when we started to give them $9500 down. Ill be taking them to court.

      We recently had our roof replaced. ******* worked with us to make the roof affordable and wasnt pushy. The workers did an excellent job and cleaned up well. We would certainly hire Install America again.

      not only was the bathroom project done wrong meaning, completely wrong window, cracked pipe, cracked floor , uneven vanity top , missing pieces , wall uneven. im still finding problems with cracks and ants coming in now, and they never fixed the wall that i ended up having to paint bc the subcontractors lied and said they were coming back when they clearly stated they were done and had a manager and ****** review and signed contract which they still have not provided me with even though they said they would, another lie. i've tried calling and emailing ***** from install america numerous times, but since they have thier money they could careless at this point what i need fixed, in hopes ill go away. I just wish someone wouldve inspected this job instead of leaving me with this bs bathroom job and get back to me instead of ignoring me

      I had install America install a shower in August of 2023. Here we are in May of 2024 and they have been here 3 times to fix what was screwed up from the prior visits. Every time they came back I was left with a problem worse than the one they came to correct . When I complained about the issues I have with the new shower enclosure, they offered to come back a 4th time to fix this new problem. I refused. They were happy to come out to correct the issues, but every time the fixed one thing they caused a different bigger issue. They actually tore down and reinstalled the whole thing.. they should have left the first one, it looks terrible and I dont want them coming back! I would like a call from someone higher up than the General manager. I already talked to him.and all he offered was a $100 gift card. I wish I could download pictures!!

      We had a new roof, front door, and 6 windows installed a couple of days ago. ****** and his team absolutely rocked the roof installation. **** was fantastic with the windows and door. They were eager to answer my questions and really went above and beyond to make everything smooth. Now that the windows on the back of our house are done, we want the front of the house done too haha. Overall a great experience.

      Awful Company! It took forever for them to install my roof and side panes on my home. They took forever to come out and while calling them daily a storm came through and damage my walls inside my home, they never called us back, we are still waiting for them to pay for the damage that has occurred on our home. Still no callback from Charity or ****. We never received our Warranty as well, always the runaround with this company, Please run from this company!!! They are awful and unprofessional and no concern to any of there customers! They never answer any of your calls, nor will they ever call you back! I will never deal with this company again! Sorry Sorry
