      We cancelled our service with AJ B******** on July 31, 2023. As of this date, October 17, 2023, we continue to receive bills for services; have written to the company verifying cancellation and have not received a reply; trash receptacles have not been picked up and a new recycling container was delivered on Saturday, October 14, 2023 even though we are no longer customers. Phone calls to the office have not been answered. This is a sad decline for what was once a reliable business. Look elsewhere for trash and recycling collection services.

      Was not picking up my trash so switched services 2 months ago. Was told I would receive a refund back to my account for the rest of my quarterly. Called today and they "Had to close and transfer accounts and the company will begin sending out checks shortly" This is so absurd. Not only did they not provide service they charged me for but now they are holding my money without interest as well!

      9 missed pickups out of the last 12 scheduled, I am going on 4 weeks with not a single trash pickup. There's a nice pile of it, rotting away at the curb. Was never even a bad thought about them until they were purchased by Waste Connections in 2023, and the service level absolutely plummeted. After nearly a month of no shows, I've tried calling, submitting through the contact site, and sending e-mail and have received zero response in 2 months. None. I'm trying to cancel service, and had to leave a voicemail... that was almost a week ago, with no return contact. I've since called 2x and nothing. I have never seen a company completely implode like this.

      I have used this company for trash pickup for the past 20 years. Over the past year, I have heard nothing but excuses, poor trash pickup, no-shows and jacked up prices. In addition they make their customers pay for THEIR fuel consumption. We ALL have to pay higher prices for fuel. There is no reason why we have to pay for their fuel. They charge more and deliver less. I am going to be filing a complaint with the state Attorney General. AJ B******** is causing a health hazard. It is hot outside, trash is building up, maggots are forming and this is not only unsanitary, it is affecting health. I find their service the absolute worst and would not recommend them to anyone. I hope they go out of business. A company that disregards their customers as egrigiously as they do does not deserve to be in business.

      Ever since being bought out service is horrible. Just got another email about no pick up this week. Have trash backing up in my house because they won't pick up! Already went from 2 time a week pick up to once with no price cut... Now no pickup for 2 weeks straight.

      Have been a residential customer of AJB since 1996. May 2023, we experienced our first missed trash and recylcling pickup. Called and was credited for the missed week. July 21st trash pickup was missed. Called and have requested a credit, that as of Aug 2 I have not received. July 28th trash pickup was missed again. Called several times but have not been able to speak with a person. Unfortunately, I have a contract until January.

      Ever since they changed to a bigger corporation their service has gone down hill, yet their prices are consistently rising. In the past 2-3 months they have not picked up trash on time, leaving customers to wait days to weeks for pickup. Most recently it has been over 2 weeks since my last pick up. They do not send out any communication on when they will be picking up. Calling them is no better you have to wait for 30+ minutes to talk to someone and they just say "we are working on it, hopefully someone will be out in the next two days". If you are thinking of switching to AJ Blosenski for trash and recycling, I would suggest you skip the headache and go with a different company.

      We were so happy before the company was sold-they did a wonderful job. Unfortunately , the new owners are doing a terrible job. They skip trash pick ups & then charge us without deducting the missed service. They call and leave unintelligible messages concerning changes to their scheduled pick ups. I had to put in 40 minutes to get through to a customer service rep about over charges (due to high call volume from other complaining customers) and after all that there was no resolution to my problem.

      this company jerks its customers around. We put trash out on the day it is to be picked up and nothing finally get a message that it is delayed. So we keep it out an extra day or two and nothing. then surprise on a Saturday the truck goes by and of course the trash is not out. We can not keep the cans out hoping someone comes. You sometimes get a message and sometimes you don't. they say they have trouble with help so why not hire a sub-contractor? They promise refunds or credit which are a joke. This has been going on too long they should have addressed it and not make excuses.

      In the last 2 months they have failed to pick up our recycling 5FIVE!! times and our trash has not been picked up for the last three weeks. Many of my neighbors are having the same issues. The company was sold recently and they simply can't seem to do the one thing a trash collection service is supposed to do, PICK UP THE TRASH!! Nobody answers when you call the office and they don't respond to emails either. This company took 3 million dollars of PPE pandemic money then sold out. Now we have to find another trash collection company and hope they can figure out the complex job of drive truck, stop , PICK UP TRASH, repeat. Avoid this company at all costs.
