Consumers state they are unable to contact the company as their calls go unanswered along with emails. Consumers allege they are prepaying for a service and not receiving the service they paid for, nor are they receiving any refunds or credits.
A message regarding delays is available on company website. Business states they are having employee shortages. BBB is not aware how long this statement has been posted.
