  My Stiltz elevator is almost 2 years old. Use it many times every day. It has been maintenance free! No issues requiring a service call at all! We LOVE our elevator! Initial installation was smooth and went exactly as they had informed us it would. These folks have their act together! Thank you!

  the estimate employee was very informative and helpful. The installation was very easy clean and quick. We have had our Stiltz Home Elevator for about a year now and it is wonderful Easy to use and efficient for taking up heavy suitcases and laundry. Big enough for 2 people to use and big enough to get a chair inside. It has changed my life and had made it possible to stay in our two story house as we get older. m white

  I've had my Stiltz elevator now for more than two years and would recommend it to anyone with mobility issues. Easy install, as we replaced a spiral staircase, all done in a single day. My only two recommendations: 1) That you upgrade the telephone if you opt for a telephone in the elevator. The one provided did not have a ring-mute function. 2) You buy a full length cable wrap for the power and telephone cables, which you can get for about $ 12.

  To All Concerned, We had been looking for a solution for both of us because we both need knee replacements for several years. Our 2-story home was becoming difficult to live in. I researched home elevators and was not convinced that my research was what we were looking for. Most of them were stair rail lifts. Somehow, I found the Stiltz website, and I was immediately elated. I researched further, looking for anything about Stiltz. At one point we were convinced that we would have to sell our beautiful home. We never wanted to sell or move. Once I had a brochure, we were convinced that this was an excellent solution for our dilemma. When I called Stiltz for an appointment everything just fell into place. The Tony Pulley Team were so professional and so personable. They answered all our questions, our reservations and any hesitation issues we may have had. We cannot praise them enough, if we had a million kudos to give them, we would. We have told all our family and neighbors. In fact, our next-door neighbors are considering getting the same model we have. We would gladly give referrals for Stiltz elevators. We are extremely happy with our choice and our decision. Now we know that when the time comes, anybody can purchase our home, which makes us very happy.

  I am 73 and my wife is 59 - I have the problem with the stairs. This was one of the best decisions I have made in a long time. I am happy and she is happy. After the initial consultation, I had full confidence that Stiltz was the right product for me and my home. From start to finish, Stiltz's representatives were professional and reliable. My questions and concerns were handled promptly and with extreme courtesy - no issue was too small. The installation was quick and easy. The elevator does not take up much space and they were able to install it in the location I selected. They work with you to make sure you are happy and it's a good fit (I had very limited options). Their employees were very proficient and respectful of my home - very clean and very polite. I had full confidence in them. The price was affordable compared to the price of a stair lift chair (no unsightly rails on my stairs) and worth it. They have an excellent warranty. I am so happy now that I can really enjoy my home - no more worries about the stairs. I feel safer too. Best of all I get to stay in my home. Thanks to everyone involved in the process.

  My wife and I purchased our two-story home when we were young and never thought about all the bedrooms being on the second level could someday become an issue with our quality of life in our home. Well thirty years later I'm in a battle with pancreatic cancer. We had considered having an elevator installed in our home prior to my diagnosis and after being diagnosed we decided that having the elevator installed would be a smart thing to do. I completed chemotherapy and had a successful Whipple surgery September 2023, having the Stiltz Elevator installed in our home is one of the best investments we could have ever made to our home. I truly believe having the Stiltz in our home played an instrumental part in my speedy recovery. We also use the Stiltz to carry laundry from upstairs to the downstairs laundry room. The team that installed our elevator was very professional, they installed our Stiltz in a timely manner. I would recommend the Stiltz to anyone thinking about having a system installed in their home.

  We are extremely pleased with our Stiltz elevator. It has saved my wife and I many, many steps between floors which, as we get older, have become more challenging. We consider Stiltz and their installation personnel true professionals who did a fantastic installation in essentially two days with minimal disruption to our household. We use our elevator several times a day and it has been a true blessing during the holiday season as we moved many items between floors without having to use the stairs. In addition, this elevator has added value to our home and will allow us to live in our home as long as we want without worry. We are extremely pleased with Stiltz and its very professional employees and contractors.

  We are in our 80s and want desperately to stay in our home. I saw an ad for Duo Alta Stiltz elevators and we said, "this will work!" We purchased two for our three story house, one from the laundry room near main entrance (groceries and laundry) and one from the main floor to the bedroom. Voila! We did it or rather Stiltz did it! We love the safety features but the look is a close second. They fit into our modern home decorated with antiques and arranging furniture around them has been great fun. The folks at Stiltz were attentive and personable and from seeing their ad to installation took less than a month. Our very lives have been changed. We live in Westchester County, NY, and the company Stiltz recommended for installation, Alpha Care Supply, was top notch and we felt we were in the best hands.
