  I love my ***** trio. I no longer have to struggle up and down 17 stairs. We've had visitors complement the way the elevator looks. There have been a few issues during installation, but the ***** crew have been very responsive in finding solutions.They have always been very professional.

  We had our Stiltz elevator installed in our new home in 2024. The installation went well with the installers being very knowledgeable about the process. They were also very helpful explaining how to operate the elevator. Follow up visits addressed any questions we had. We find our elevator very useful and are happy with the **************************** *****

  Hi, I just wanted to say how much I love my Stiltz elevator! *****, the owner of Stiltz of ********* and his crew were fantastic with the installation and keeping construction area clean and neat each day. I felt very comfortable with the crew and they always answered my calls and were efficient. We looked at a lot of options such as the stair lift but this by far meets all of our requirements as to being able to use it with a wheelchair or even moving decorations during the holidays. My husband feels more at ease knowing I wont fall down a flight of 14 steps and Im able to access our three story home with ease. I use my new Stiltz elevator at least twice a day sometimes more and Im so thankful that I have it.

  I love my Stiltz! The smallest unit is compact enough to fit in a small corner of a room and really makes navigating to the 2nd floor easy. I'm older and could no longer climb the 15 stairs to the next level and Stiltz had the answer. I very highly recommend this company and would gladly give them 10 stars if I could!

  We had great service and installation went well.The lift is functioning as ************* this point in time we use the lift multiply times during the ****** much easier on our knees. It makes transporting laundry, suitcases and plants etc. a breeze. We are very happy we took the leap and our friends comment how attractive it is. ******

  We are so delighted to have it in our home.Entire team of Mobility 123 added a lot more to our happiness.The unit works fantastic and looks very pretty as well. Every guest who came to our home and saw it was very impressed and admired.

  Over priced and under engineered. Must deal with ****************. I signed my contract for a duo lift in February 2024. Basic model Duo cost me $40,000 and construction was $20,000. They cut a hole in my ceiling for a trio lift-mistake. Yes they repaired it but that floor area upstairs is not properly supported. It makes noise when stepped on and feels like it gives with weight put on it..By September 2024 I still did not have a working elevator. Three weeks after the lift was up and running it stopped. A defective part had to be replaced. Finally in October 2024 my lift was running again. In January 2025 I left my lift two feet off the floor to avoid a heat vent and possible fire. I came back home and my lift was not working. That was my mistake. I was told that I might need a new battery. I asked for a service call but said I'd wait for a shared call out to save travel charges. 8 weeks later I still do not have a working lift. Why isn't there an easy way to recharge the battery so that I could fix the battery problem myself? Or why doesn't the battery keep a charge longer than two weeks without use? The door handle lacks good design features. It looks unfinished. I understand that it needs to be flush with the cab but it isn't easy to open the door. Guests can figure out where to open the door. Finally, the constant holding of the button to run the lift is not so easy. As I age and have reduced strength this will become much harder. I wish I had never had this installed. It is less about the lift itself and more about the price gouging and slow installation plus must rely on repair guy too much. Buyer beware.

  I love the lift but when I put the house on the market for sale, most people thought it would not look attractive in their living room. Only two prospective buyers were interested. For the two years that I used it, I was very happy. I call the company and asked for it to be removed but they never follow thru. I am elated that it was sold without removing it. I am no longer the owner as of February 14, 2025.

  We are very pleased with our Stiltz Lift! It fit perfectly into our solarium and allows me to utilize the lower level of our home. Our grown daughter was supportive of our purchase but she really made a good point when she told me that I was only able to enjoy the main level of our home without the Stiltz Lift! Our family room, exercise room and entertainment area are all in the lower level and the Stiltz Lift has allowed me to enjoy entertaining like I had done before I had mobility issues! I owe Stiltz for giving a huge part of my life back to me!! It is such a great product and the service and support that we had been provided has been exceptional, both from the local dealer as well as from the company. I checked with other companies about their products and pricing, but Stiltz was by far the best deal! I HIGHLY recommend the Stiltz Lift! Don't hesitate to purchase it right away so that you, too, can begin enjoying your home again!
