    I signed up my new business with Take out Times on August 18th 2022 with a promise of publication within ***** days but no longer than 120 days at **** The "menu" was finally published at 187 days. After as many as 15 attempts to contact someone either by email or voicemail I was finally connected with "******, Sales Manager" who assured me the menu was going out. Initially i just wanted my money back, then gave them benefit of the doubt....;.MY MISTAKE.....the article they did on me, which NEVER had my approval was full of typo errors, repetitive sentences and more typos. ****** argued with me at first then saw the errors, said unfortunately they have all been sent out, apparently ***** at a ************* me they would call the restaurants and pull the menu. I've tried to follow up with The Takeout Times to either get my money back, hear a resolution, connect with SOMEONE. ****** gave me his "personal cell" which he NEVER answers, I've left multiple voicemails with the company...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.... if I could leave ZERO stars I would

    We appreciate the opportunity to respond to your review regarding your experience with our company, The Takeout Times.
    We acknowledged that there was an issue with the printing of the menu, which led to a us needing to reprint your advertisement. As soon as you made us aware of the problem, we took immediate action to rectify the issue

    I did provide my personal contact information to you. I did this to ensure open communication and a satisfactory resolution. However I never received a call, text or voicemail from you and feel you included this as a personal attack. Why would someone give their personal information and then refuse to assist you. 

    As for the issue with your advertisement, we received approval for the revised article from you on 3/22/23 and proceeded with reprinting on 3/27/23 and delivered the new copies to the restaurants on 3/31/23. We can only assume that you received the corrected proof in the mail, and still decided to leave this review.

    We strive to ensure all our clients are happy with our services, but we also have a business to run. While we acknowledged the client's initial request for a refund, they agreed to have us fix the issue instead. We provided the agreed-upon services and fulfilled our contractual obligations. As such, we cannot offer free advertising when the client has chosen to have the issue resolved through reprinting and redelivery.

    We hope that potential clients take into consideration the information provided in this response when evaluating the services we provide.

    They took my money saying that they would put my company on three restaurants menu. They have not done anything it's been almost a year and never seen a menu. Very disappointed hang up on this company if they call you.

    We appreciate the opportunity to respond to the review left by our client, Art with Arch Auto Glass, regarding their experience with our company.


    We take our clients' concerns seriously and have investigated the matter. Our records indicate that we have fulfilled our agreement to feature ************* on the menus of three participating restaurants. We have reached out to all three establishments, and they have confirmed that they are using the menus with the client's advertising. Furthermore, all three restaurants ordered additional menus, and two of them have requested information on renewing their participation for the upcoming year.


    After receiving the initial call from Art], we made multiple attempts to contact them over a two-week period to address their concerns. Unfortunately, they did not answer our calls or respond to our messages.


    Customer service is our top priority, and we would welcome the opportunity to connect with Art and use this experience to grow and improve as a company. We invite them to reach out to us so that we can address any concerns they may still have and work towards a satisfactory resolution.

    I have went to all three restaurants and they don't have a clue of what I'm talking about when I ask for a to go menu. We talked then never heard anything again. I chop this up as a lost and keep my review as is. Talk to this company at your own risk.
