    ****** is awesome! Here is my review and email I sent to her after she helped with my auto claim.Hi ******,I wanted to tell you again how much I appreciate your help! Your expertise with ************** Claims has exceeded my expectations. Based on our past conversations you figured the payout would be around $13,500. The final payout after my $500 deductible is $15,649.27. This makes the total payout $16,149.27.Total payout $16,149.27 Orginal written estimate from insurance $10,036.61 ******** recovered in addition to the estimate from insurance + $6,112.66 Keep in mind before an estimate was emailed to me, and it was only emailed because you told me to ask for it, I would have never known to ask for it; my insurance offered me around $8,000. This is complete total recovery of $8,149.27! Over a 100% increase in payout!All I can say is WOW! and Thank you! FYI... Your official title should be changed to: "Auto Claims Payout Maximizer"Have a great rest of your week!

    Fantastic service from Auto Loss. I submitted a request for information and got started the next day.     First reached out to ******** on August 2022. They respond in 2 business days minimum so pretty bad at communication. As stated in their website, if the diminished value case is not closed in my favor I'm guaranteed a refund. I requested a refund on 10/19/2022 and it is already 1/12/2023 and still didn't get my refund back. It seems like they're dragging the situation so that I'll eventually forget about my refund by telling me "it'll take 30 business days for our CPA to send you a physical check" or like "The check should've already arrived" but nothing arrived as of now. If you're looking to get diminished value help, please avoid ******** and ******. Short summary: - bad at communication - not acting through their promises as a business - full of lies - big waste of time, mental health, and communication

    SCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMERS STAY AWAY their policy is clear on their website that you get a a refund if the insurance company denied the claim of the diminished value However when that happen and you appeal with insurance and still get denied they refuse to refund you the money for no reason just because they are scammers ****** would not even bother to reply to your emails and when she does she is one if the rudest persons you can deal with in your life STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHADY BUSINESS

    All I can say is Wow! ****** is simply amazing. She fought for me and got a great settlement for my diminished value on my Jeep. With out her I would of gotten less than a 3rd of what they gave me. If you need someone to go to bat for you look no further. I truly can't say enough. My experience was perfect.

    Working with ****** and the team at ******** was extremely helpful in recuperating the majority of diminished value of my 2-year-old vehicle after I was hit by another driver this fall. I was nervous and reluctant to want to deal with the insurance company after reading horror stories on the internet about all the reasons why they will deny your claim. The report ******** provided for me was so comprehensive and clear that the insurance company barely pushed back. ******** was caring, responsive, and wonderful to work with - I highly recommend their services and would refer any of my friends in a similar situation.

    BEWARE AND STAY AWAY You will be significantly and highly disappointed if their report helps you in your claim.******** deserves no stars. Their report is lousy, low-quality, and full of errors.In my case, they based their report on a list of different and non-comparable vehicles to mine and sent that to the insurance. Once discovered by the insurance and pointed out, ****** tried to deny that although it was so obvious, facts were provided and presented to her. After several attempts and back and forth, she did another report which was way worse than the first and worthless and useless.Check out the other reviews here (https://g.co/kgs/8TkXn5) and other reviews on different sites before considering paying ******** for a lousy, low-quality report.

    As soon as we noted the difference in the engine we sent the client a new report that day. It is a normal process to make changes in the report. Also, this client stated that the insurance company would not take our report. I let him know we actually work for this insurance company sometimes. We also noted the money back guarantee so he had nothing to lose. This client refused to follow the process at all. Also, on every site expect yelp all of our hundreds of reviews are way over 4.0 . Yelp refuses to add our positive reviews because they want us to advertise with them. ************************* Owner of ********

    The business statement is not true, they didn't admit that they did a mistake, although they were presented with evidence. They failed miserably in the second report as well. Clearly, they are not capable of producing a legit and useful report. My experience indicates that they are not professional and have no accountability. They can't provide the service they were paid for.

    Did not do a thing for me except send letters to me to send to the hotel that is self insured. The letters we written as if I was dealing with a insurance company. Great sales pitch and took my $350. Numerous call and email with no positive results.NOT satisfied with ******* responses. Do not use this company

    I have spoken with ****** on numerous occasions, plus countess emails back and fourth. ******** just does not understand I am dealing with a company that is privately insurance, which I have stated on the phone and in all correspondence with ******. I have sent letters to the company as required by ******** several times, plus spoke with the *** and manager of the business. This business is self insurance and they will not cover the the Diminished Value of my car. ******** *** sends me prewritten letters indicated I am dealing with a insurance company which I am not dealing directly with an insurance company. The letters written for me to send and deal with the company. ******** does nothing to help except send the same letter with a few words changed. If I was directly dealing with a insurance company maybe this could be resolved. I can not go to court In ******** from ************** to resolve this issue. Since I can not follow all requirements this company put me as a client, I am unable to have my money refunded. Do your research before you dealing with this company. Buyer Beware!!!
