Alert 360 defaulted two separate contracts that I sign with them in one year (2022), they did not provided the service or equipment offered in contract, charged me a higher rate ignored my calls and drafted money out of my banc account for services that they have not provided. After four years with them I'm very frustrated with the overall service and lack of care on my account, I called the CEO office and even she acknowledge that the dropped the ball. I'm thinking about filing a small claim court case. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE!

We apologize for Mr. ******** dissatisfaction in this matter. While we were unable to provide the cameras he initially wanted with his service, we did remove those from his agreement, so at no point was he ever paying for a service he did not receive. As a good-will gesture, our Office of the CEO agent did offer to provide Mr. ***** with a credit for the inconvenience, but we do not believe it is fair to request a full refund when he was receiving the services he was billed for.Review fromSergio P

Alert 360 gives excellent service, very prompt calls when the alarm gets triggered by accident! Repair service was fast and efficient. Technician crawled around in the attic to find and repair a wire that had been cut by a roofing nail when new roof was put on recently.Alert 360 Home Security

360 has been the best service I have recieved with a security system and monitoring company. Real People answer promptly and knowledgeable about their work.
