Thank you for such prompt response to the issue I was having with my alarm, The technician arrived within the allotted time frame he was nice knowledgeable and got the issue repaired rather quickly. I appreciate the txt message letting me know when the technician will be arriving. I’m very happy with your company and have been for the past 18 years

Just got off phone with Alert 360. I was informed that i own the Control Panel and all the equipment, installed in my home. So i asked the tech to help me replace Control Panel, since i have same panel, new in box that i would like to activate. The answer was. Pay us $150 for us to send out a technician so he/she can LOOK at the new panel Basically, they are trying to control consumers, replacing panels, adding new sensors etc. They are trying to make a buck out of everything they can, while charging $45/month in subscription costsReview fromDeanna L

Great service and friendly. Just upgraded our system and added some equipment. As long as Alert 360 (Central Alarm) is in business I will be their customer. Monthly fee is low and affordable even on a tight budget. We've been with them for 9 years.Alert 360 Home Security

We did an upgrade from our previous system and the installation was thorough and fairly quick. Aaron, the tech who did our installation, was very helpful and answered all of our questions as well as showing us how to use everything. Great service !Alert 360 Home Security
