      DO NOT USE… If you want quality service and quality work DO NOT go to ****’s for anything. I bought carpet and was to have it installed 12/9… 235 days later it’s finally done… terrible job still but it’s done. They refuse to compensate me when it was their fault several times. I had to take off 7+ days, close to losing my job, hours of stress and tears over how poorly I’ve been treated this entire time. UHS is absolutely terrible. They send workers that can’t communicate, always late, terribly unprofessional. They definitely do not understand the statement the customer is always right. Damage to my base boards and walls. Have been told so many lies. After them coming out several times I was finally able to get them to send a third party inspector out to look at it and guess what!!! I was right and he deemed the carpet needed replaced in its ENTIRETY!!! Then 4 more visits later it was finally completed… again terribly but at least done. It already came off the tack board. They didn’t order enough carpet on two different occasions. The workers ate on my new carpet and drank and then tried to lie their way out of it. They wouldn’t let me watch in fact they abruptly left once because I refused to leave and wanted to watch and they called me “hostile.” You better believe the ****’s customer service “executive” acted like I was to blame. And now they don’t want to compensate me any because they’ve replaced the carpet on their dime and the job has been completed. But my time is worth nothing… I will NEVER buy a dang thing from that store and I strongly urge you to as well. Nothing more than bullies. This isn’t even the half of it but everything that could go wrong did and when I didn’t think it could get worse dear lord it did. You’d be a fool to have anything done by them. Spend the extra money and go someplace who cares about the work they do and the people they serve.

      Hired them to put in a very small linoleum bathroom floor. Obviously paid up front. Had to wait 6 WEEKS to "get the materials" due to supply chain shortages (I picked in store roll vinyl). Finally got an install day scheduled, hours of 12p to 4 p. Take a half day off work to wait and wait and wait. They call to push back the install time to between 4p and 5p. Ok, fine. Finally show up around 5:45pm. He looks at the bathroom floor and tells me I don't need the 1/4" plywood because our floor is good. Ok, cool! Installs the flooring, looks good. Leaves. I call ****** Monday to get reimbursed for multiple materials the installer didn't use. They tell me to bring all the materials back to the store...uh, the installer has them. I get the runaround with them trying to contact the installer to get all the stuff back, blah, blah, blah. It's now 2 weeks later and the installer STILL HASN'T RETURNED MY UNUSED MATERIALS! So he basically stole the plywood, flange extension kit and the stainless steel supply line and I have to pay for it! This place is as shady as they come. Go elsewhere if you can! It's not worth the hassle!

      Left without finishing the work. Tried calling them 15 times in the past 3 days but their phone keeps hanging up on you when you choose an extension. Will take this farther if not addressed by Wednesday.

      I will echo what many others have said. This is the worst company I have done business with. The only thing they did was damage my home and break things while tearing out half the original flooring and leaving the rest. This is not just a company with poor service, it is a racket. They have no intention of delivering on the contracts, and Lowes does not care or they would have ended the vendor relationship long ago. Lowes seems to believe their contract protects them the damage done by vendors like this, however that is not true when Lowes knew in advance how bad they were and continued to send them into people's homes. Neither Lowes or UHS have been acting in good faith. The entire process is designed and operated to extract payment for products and services which are not delivered.

      It’s unfortunate for any inconveniences this may have caused. At the time of a measurement, we couldn’t fully determine the condition and/or flatness of the subfloor due to carpet being installed.
      Once the carpet was removed, it was identified that the subfloor was far out of scope and the 12x24 LVP Planks that was selected could not be installed correctly according to manufacture specs and the technician. Recommendations were made to change to a longer plank tile which would allow us to feather in Self-Leveler and allow for a proper installation. Customer decided not to go this route and chose to have the entire installation refunded.

      Unlike everyone else it seems, I was extremely happy with my installers. Yes one guy spoke very broken English and the other couldn’t speak any English. However, we used Google translate and had no problems at all! They are from Brazil and they are brothers…did any of these people who are constantly complaining even try to talk to them? Google translate anyone? Hint: they don’t speak Spanish, they speak Portuguese and they’re brothers. They worked from 8am to 6pm without taking a break! Not even for lunch… and their work is beautiful! I’ll buy carpeting from ****** next!

      The company does carpet install for *****. They did damage to the woodwork, taking a chunk if wood out of the woodwork. They scratched the walls when they put the carpet in.
      I would not recommit his company and ***** either because I was told that some damage was to be expected when putting carpet in.
      I have had rooms dine over the years and never once had damage done.to the woodwork and walls.
      I was asked to give them a 9 or 10 rating before the carpet was installed.I would give them a 1, at most!
      Very disappointed

      TRULY AWFUL. First installation of stair carpet was measured/bound incorrectly, installed very poorly. Not to mention the rigamarole I went through even getting people scheduled to come out. They were supposed to come today for the re-do but the company didn't even order the carpet pad! I ordered this carpet in OCTOBER. I will NEVER use ****** again as long as they contract through this horrible, horrible, incompetent company.

      One of the two installers spoke broken English. The other worker did not speak English. We are missing a large coffee can of change and bills after they left. I attempted to contact ***** but they did not return my messages. A manager from Ultimate Home Services returned my call after several messages. His reply was
      to tell me that usually when this happens, we have the customer contact the police. He admitted that they have had ussues with thier employees stealing from customers in the past. Shame on ****** for maintaining a relationship with this company.

      If I could give this company a negative star, I would. Small floor job and paid ****** upfront for the job. Guy comes in and speaks no English. Sighed when I told him the job was up a flight of steps. Removed the toilet to leak on the floor and then left after not having done anything. No follow up call from the company. Went to Lowe's and made a complaint with the mgr there. He did call the corporate office and said that a crew would be back out the next day. I did not want this company back into my home but relented. Two guys showed up who did not speak English. Did an ok job on the flooring but the cove base and corners are an absolute mess. It will need to be taken up and redone. Left my toilet in the bathtub and did not install. Had to have a private plumber come out to install and he could not understand why the other company did not do the work. Caulking has pulled away from my tub and found scratches on the porcelain along with a hole in my toilet base. The attic door now scrapes on the flooring and was not measured correctly. Was promised that I would get a call from corporate at after three business days. Day four and never have heard a word. Sent letters and photos to no avail. Stay clear of this company. I will never EVER have them do work in my home again.

      Would not even give one star but had to to write review. This company hires inadequate, destructive workers that are theives. Had carpet installed November 2022. Installers hardly spoke English. They left a terrible mess behind, spent the next several days finding tacks and nails everywhere. Luckily neither us or or dogs stepped on them. Worst part was items were stolen and damaged. Had to take time to make several calls about this and was basically told file a police report. No follow-up from the company what so ever. When I called back was told they could do nothing, up to police and Lowe's. So now we are left with a damaged piece of furniture, poorly installed carpet and missing items. Since this is who Lowe's uses will never have anything installed by them again.
