  They came in and installed the carpet we ordered from ******* They moved our furniture out of the room and subsequently ripped our couch in several places, broke part of base board and the wall paint got scraped off the corners . We called and had someone come out at look at the damage and they advised us of the process. When we reached back out to do a monetary claim-via email to the service manager- he never even bothered to reply. I also called and left message with no response from the office. Completely unprofessional. We then received a call from ******- apparently they called ****** and ****** told us they never touched our couch and the damage was “old”, but they could fix our wall. I advised them after the way we were treated that we didn’t want anyone from their company in our home ever again. We then worked with ****** who was fantastic in solving the problem- we advised we had pictures and text messages and a witness who was there who could attest to them moving our couch on it’s side causing the rips. Luckily during normal text conversations with husband was able to have this evidence and photos. DO NOT use them- and if you are forced to document everything- take videos and pictures as they will lie to cover their own butt when they damage your home. I will never use them again.

  Do not hire this Company for anything they are awful. They ruined my back door. If you love your home, do not let them in your home.

  This company are contractors with Louisville *****. they do flooring for all of the Metro Louisville ***** and they are AWFUL. I Strongly recommend that if you want any type of flooring work in your house, either check out **** ***** or a private contractor. There workers came into my house and made damages to my brand new LG refrigerator and refused to compensate me for the damages, they hire nothing but migrant workers to do the work who, doesn’t have any respect for your house or property. If I had to start over, I would NEVER have used ***** to do my home renovation because ***** DOESN"T CARE EITHER!!

  I requested it to doors be replaced. The tech came out and measured the doors. Two weeks later, the measurement for one door has not arrived at ******* I attempted to call twice and been told both times no one is available to assist me. ***** apparently contacted him several times and not been able to get my paperwork.

  This company is a joke. Twice now they've simply not shown up for the Lowe's install of our new back door. The first no call/no show they had the nerve to call to ask how our install went. When we told them no one showed up and no one even called to confirm the appointment, they were mad at me for not accommodating them coming later in the day because I had other appointments. Today again, no call, no show. They've had the door a full month now. Lowe's is zero help so here I am paying on a door I don't have and that doesn't seem like it will ever be installed. I would definitely NOT recommend using them. (Oh and apparently there are no other installers in our region that work with Lowe's on these projects, believe me I asked.) I'd love to see Lowe's at least return the money for the installation of the door (and actually give us the door) so we could find someone else to install it but I'm sure that's probably a pipe dream.

  The subfloor of our manufactured home was 3/4 fiberboard. It collapsed, nearly injuring my wife. We contacted ****** in Hamburg, PA to get materials and a recommended contractor. They sent Ultimate Home Services. An estimator was here within 48 hours. Measurements and an estimate were done on the spot. We paid for the materials, and the work was scheduled five days out. On 9/11 two Portuguese workers arrived with the materials in their van. They had the job done before 5:00. If their English was not sufficient, we used Google's translator. Both father & son enjoyed it, and so did I. They were incredibly polite and efficient. I documented the entire undertaking with 20-minute photographs. I'm asking Ultimate Home Services to use this crew at every opportunity. Give them a raise. They make you proud. ***** ******

  ULTIMATE HOME SERVICES WORKS FOR ***** **** ******. ONE OF THEIR CARPET INSTALLERS WENT INTO MY WIFES BATHROOM WITHOUT PERMISSION AND PISSED ON THE TOILET SEAT AND FLOOR HIS BOSSES DID NOTHING=HEATHER/ALLISA/SCOTT/EDGAR DON'T CARE= TAKE THE MONEY AND RUN

  It is a shame that ***** has hired this company to install carpet and continue to hire this company knowing the complaints that have been lodged against this company personnel who does installation for therm. ***** should be held accountable for their poor performance and their trust worthiness. I had my wallet and money stolen from me and the three guys that installed the wood floor damaged my TV where is not worth watching anymore. Yet ***** or Ultimate Homes Will not take responsible for their actions. They indicated that I needed to take pictures of them moving the TV. When they installed the floor I was the only one there babysitting my granddaughter and they never mentioned anything about not being able to move the TV. That was the only electronic they needed to move, as it was sitting on top of the console, yet they claimed they never did, . then how were they able to put the floor down if they did'nt move it. These people they hired are thieves and liars.. I will never use ***** for any type of installation. I woud not give them any star, but unfortunate to leave a complaint I must give them one. ******* **

  UHS and their sub contractors are the absolute worst. ****** knows of the sub-par quality of UHS and chooses to ignore it. The installation of LVP became nothing but a headache. As with other reviewers calls go ignored, commitments are never met. We had LVP installed and end up with a dishwasher that won’t open. Do not contract with ****** for installation services, if they are subbing to UHS.

  My carpet arrived 2 weeks after selection, three young men arrived to install it. I was shown the carpet to make sure it was correct. After removing the old carpet they cleaned up the floor then installed the new padding and carpet. They cleaned up the room completely including running the vacuum and replaced the furniture. Total time from start to finish was 2 hours. The finished product is beautiful and I am fully satisfied. By the way, I am an older lady and NOT an easy person to satisfy. These young men were courteous, efficient and mannerly. If I need additional work I will request the same crew.
