      In the end, this was the worst moving experience of the 5 we have done. Too many objects damaged and even lost. (How can you actually lose objects on a truck?) If you have a choice in your move, then don't move with Krupps.

      With respect to the customer's damages all damages were paid as claimed. With respect to the customer's loss, there were no items left behind at the origin address. All items were delivered to the destination address as acknowledged by the customer. No items remained on the truck upon the crew's departure. Eleven days following the move the customer claimed missing items. ********************** graciously extended consideration and paid in full as the customer requested.

      Yes! The claims for the damaged goods that we submitted were paid, but since then we've discovered more things with either a small broken off piece of wood or a gash. Too late to submit, but they happened during the moving. As to the missing items, Krupps can say what it wants, but those items were in our home when the move took place and not in our home when we went through the house. I called the new owner of the house just to make sure they weren't there and they weren't. Thus, somewhere between Canton and Columbus those items disappeared. Krupps honored the claims for the missing objects, but it doesn't change my opinion of this mover.

      We used Krupp to move us from **** to ******* 10/17-18. 3 young men, **************************** and ********, loaded our things and on the 18th ****** and ******* off loaded the truck on ****. The we're all hard working, conscientious and personable. We had one plastic tote that was damaged, but it was too large for us to pack. I would recommend them! We did the packing ourselves, so I can't speak to that.

      I had a disappointing experience with Krupp Moving and Storage. They packed our furniture and closets. We packed most other things. We had several items packed by Krupp that were "overpacked." The blankets and plastic wrapping were put on to furniture items so tightly, that the furniture legs, supports, and spindles were broken. Same with ***** necked lamps. I understand packing carefully, and I appreciate that 90% of our stuff was well packed, but obviously the wrapping of some items was overdone.What I had the most problem with was the use of a truck that was known to leak water during rain. There was a very heavy rainstorm during the 2-day drive from Columbus to ******. Many items got wet and were damaged. The driver of the truck admitted this to me once he arrived in ****** and began unpacking. There was no excuse for something like this.The people doing the packing and moving were friendly and helpful and they did show up on time, both for the move out and the move in. This was appreciated.

      I signed a contract with Krupp Moving they were to pick up on Saturday and drop off on Sunday. The delivery was from ***** **** to ********* **. Everything went well with the pick up. When I asked about what time should I should expect them on Sunday a man named Mo said that my men do not work on Sunday. I told him the contract said Sunday drop off. He stated "I understand but my men don't work on Sunday". I received a call from a young man named **** that he would be arriving shortly. When he arrived he was by his self. I questioned if he was going to have help he said he was supposed to. I helped him for 2 hours until I had to go to work. I made several calls to get him help and was assured help was on the way. My realtor stopped by several times to check and he still had no help. On her last trip back she called me at work to let me know that all my furniture was setting in the driveway around 8 pm. I had to get some guys from work to help me bring my furniture in the house at 10:30 pm in the dark. I called them several times and now they are not returning my calls.

      ***** in scheduling asked to push our move back 2 hours to help a bank move filing cabinets. I said that's fine if he can promise that they'd be done by 5pm. He requested I send a video of my condo, as I told him since the day of the quote which was for 7 hrs, I moved a lot on my own. After reviewing the video he said no problem, that it was a 3 hour move. They were supposed to show up by 11. They showed up at 12:40. At 4, they hadn't finished packing up my condo. I helped the guys unload. I removed every other load off the truck with a Krupp employee in an effort to get done by 5. Myself and the 3 Krupp employees finished at 5:30pm. They didn't move everything from the condo and didn't put anything together after moving it because of the time constraints.Other major issues. ***** who claimed it would be 3 hrs also signed me up or liability. They called me the day of to confirm liability. When I asked ***** how they arrived at $349 for liability, she said they ask the customer how much their stuff is worth and then assign a cost based on that. I told her I was never asked that question, and as a result asked her how they came up with the number. She said she couldn't understand the formula. At that point I asked her to remove it. She confirmed that would. At the end of the move, I was in a rush, after working myself to unload, I didn't catch the line item for liability and was charged $349. I called the day of to have it removed, told them about my conversation with *****. ****, the owner said he would reach out to her immediately to confirm the conversation. After calling in many times, I was reimbursed for $250 and not the full amount. I spoke with ***** who hung up on me twice today, not the service anyone deserves, and she said **** never reached out to her as he told me he was going to (on day of the move - 6/10). They owe me $100. It was also unfortunate that I spent hours of my own time post move, doing things they should have done.

      I hired Krupp for my move from ********* to *** and everything went perfectly-- I'd highly recommend them! I worked with **** on the phone and my movers were **** and ***** Pre-moving day: Scheduling was straightforward. The folks in the office were very responsive and answered all my questions quickly.Moving days: **** and **** arrived when they said they would and loaded up the truck lickety-split. They arrived in *** the very next morning, as planned, and unloaded without any issues. Cost: The quote they provided me was the price I paid; no surprises. The price was on par with what other local companies quoted me. Other pluses: -**** and **** were professional and friendly.-Nothing was damaged.
