  Excellent, careful service. We needed some internal moving for a couple of hours in prep for showing our house before listing it for sale. Two men were prompt, courteous, strong, and cooperative in moving large and small things within the house for us. We will call on Krupp again for our coming move. Dr. ****

  In September of 2021 we contracted Krupp to move our belongings to storage until our new house was finished in *******. After 2 days, as they were leaving with our possessions the driver handed me a blank inventory sheet and asked me to sign it confirming that all items that they packed were on the truck (blank sheet). When I refused he stated that they would do the inventory at the storage area. We tried for weeks to get a copy but they never completed one. When our belongs arrived at our new home the damage was unbelievable. Crushed boxes, broken ***** and furniture, broken and missing tools. It was so bad that items were falling out of the crushed boxes as they took them off the truck. Our security system box arrived but was empty. Someone stole all the cameras and the main unit. We called immediately and were informed that because we had purchased the insurance, we needed to carefully document all the missing and damaged items and that we had plenty of time. Every claim of any value was denied because, if it was missing, it was not on the inventory sheet that they never took. In some case they didn't like the quality of the pics and in other cases they stated that we didn't note it when it arrived, we did and were told to take our time and document it all. We have moved all over the country and this is by far the worst experience we have ever had. I would never use or recommend this company again.

  I have given up getting a response from Krupp, and decided leaving this review is my best recourse. I used Krupp of *******, OH in 2017 and 2018. I also stored my household belongings with them for a year. I was extremely satisfied with their service, especially with the care their movers took with my furniture. That changed in 2022 when their ******* office referred me to their ******** office. I assumed this was the same company, but they evidently have "gone corporate" and no longer acted like the caring local company they had been. Although the 3 movers they sent to my Columbus condo were friendly and upbeat, in the end, they pushed my handmade table through a doorway, while I objected, and caused serious damage to it. They referred me to their outsourced claims company in **, which required much detailed paperwork & photos, and months of "review." They finally offered a settlement equal to 20% of the lowest repair estimate I received. The Claims group  representative was rude and I refused the settlement. I tried contacting Krupp CEO, who simply ignored my emails, calls, and LinkedIn message. I am greatly disappointed in this company and will never use their service again.

  Krupp is Great! ****, ******, ******, *****, ******, and ***** did a great job! For 3 truck loads of boxes, no complaining. They just made it happen and a good time. They were quick, professional, and on time.

  Krupp Moving did a wonderful job of getting us moved - right before Christmas too!! Efficient, careful and extremely polite and helpful to me and each other. **********!!

  Poor communication. Movers were not given the exact instructions that I was asked to email the supervisor. They did not have any tools with them and had to borrow tools to take two bookcases apart. They went to the wrong gate entrance and then got lost. They charged for 10:00 instead of 11:00 when they arrived. They werent able to move a desk because it wouldnt fit through the doorway. The top needed to be removed, but their boss wouldnt let them.The forgot some small items and I had to call them to bring them back. I was charged a credit card fee even though I specifically told them I was going to pay by check. It was an awful experience from start to finish.

  Very impressed by the company, the moving crew and the staff. They are by far the best movers I have had. I have used them twice and recommended them to others and always same result. Great! This time was a distant move from **** to ******** and same result, great!

  The guys on the moving truck were fantastic. ******, ******, ****** and **** were the nicest hard working young men. I can't express how much I appreciate each of them. They are so efficient and friendly. I was stressing out about this move and they came in and took charge and got the job done quickly. Thank you guys. You Rock!
