  This company made my parents move the worst day of their life! They showed up two hours late. They only packed one of the two trucks, and then said they were leaving. We had to beg them to fulfill their contract and load two trucks as we had agreed-upon and paid for in the contract. Mind you my parents are in their 80s. Had we not been there, as their children, the company would have just left half the house in the house. We brought them lunch and half of the crew was smoking pot at the truck. Upon arrival, many things were broken including my parents antique table and they had no idea which parts of the beds went together. My family had to help them put furniture back together. We paid a lot of money and this was the worst experience in moving I have ever seen in my entire 60 years of life. Please save yourself the heartache and do not use this company! We have tried for weeks to contact the owner regarding our experience and he has not returned a single phone call from either my parents or my three other siblings. It’s advertise as a family owned company but if it truly was, I would think the owner at some point would have called us back.

  Krupp moving team was a disaster. There were lots of issues. One of their trucks leaked and since it was raining the day we moved, one of our good living room chairs was soaked. Two pieces of wood furniture were damaged. They failed to put a desk back together correctly and some of the hardware was missing. They left our treadmill disassembled and took the hardware with them! Boxes that were clearly marked were left in the wrong place. If all that were not enough, I have left messages and no one has returned my calls. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend this company.

  We cannot say enough great things about Krupp Moving and Storage! From the first phone call to the last piece moved in it was exceptional service! ******, ****** C. and ******* were beyond awesome!! They were so careful with everything they touched and were so friendly and a lot of fun to talk to! We cannot recommend them enough! A great group of guys!!

  There were 4 guys here today moving me from Wooster to *********. They were fantastic !!!!! I highly recommend Krupp Moving **** They were a GREAT group of guys .

  I cannot say enough good things about our moving experience with Krupps Moving! From the 1st phone call until they completed the move communication was outstanding. They took care of our belongings as though they were their own. I would employ them again without hesitation. Kudos to our personal movers, *******, ****** and *****!

  I have use Krupp 6 times in 10 years. They are prompt, courteous, as well as efficient. They planned the moving and storage as requested. They moved several huge glass table tops with care. I would never use anyone else.

  As an avid mover, I can honestly compare and say these boys busted their butts and worked efficiently to get my items safely loaded into a container for a safe move from **** to *****. I am recommending Krupp to everyone I know. Great Job.

  All five of our movers were prompt, courteous, and very hard-working. They worked well as a team and had a well-organized loading plan. Unloading at the new house went just as smoothly. All of our belongings were handled with great care. We had a very positive experience and highly recommend Krupp Moving!

  Exceptional experience from start to finish! We recently moved from ***** to ********. KC handled our estimate. He was professional, answered our questions, and recorded our household inventory. Estimate was provided quickly, all forms to sign and our itemized inventory were available online. Very convenient during such a hectic time! No surprises! Prompt replies to my questions. The Columbus based moving crew was outstanding (*****, *****, *******, ****, D, *******) They took great care with our belongings and protected doorways, *************** **** apart king **** treadmill and heavy desk and reassembled at new house! And they were pleasant to have around! Great job guys!

  We would highly recommend NOT using Krupp Moving and Storage. We are very disappointed in how everything has transpired. We moved from Ohio to Illinois. We selected Krupp and then met with their representative and discussed our concerns. We pointed out all the items that needed extra care. We were told to inform the movers the day of the move. The insurance company called to have us secure insurance for the move 2 hours before the move. We took out the appropriate amount of insurance necessary. Due to Krupp's costly storage over 8 ½ months, we certainly anticipated a much smoother, professional, and caring move in July of 2022. The one driver showed me the broken leg from the TV stand. He said he would fix it when he returned the following week. He did not. He advised me to claim it. He also informed me that the 5’ round Italian Marble table top was destroyed. He said it was the last thing put into one of the vaults for storage and when the vault was opened, someone wasn’t paying attention and the marble table top fell out and was shattered. Again, claim it. I contacted Krupp and spoke to **** to air our frustrations who said he would have the lady from the claims company send me the paperwork which I received July 28, 2022. I continued to unpack and make notes of damages I found along the way. What I found was highly inexcusable. I sent 65 emails and a spreadsheet with details April 20 & 21, 2023 noting $13,000 of damages. We finally received an email on October 20, 2023, from ****** at Moving Claims Services reimbursing us for $0.00! Therefore, the logical question arises, “What good did it do to purchase VERY expensive insurance?” We are very disappointed in Krupp Moving and Storage, as well as Moving Claims Service. Our only option is to file a law suit. We have written this review to save other movers from the huge disappointment, grief, and expense that we have been put through to no avail. We would NEVER recommend KRUPP MOVING AND STORAGE to anyone.
