      On Nov. 21-2023, I paid in full for a shed that had estimated delivery of 3-10 weeks. Tomorrow will be 20 weeks and I still have no idea when if ever, I will get my shed. Have called numerous times and just keep getting told my paperwork is on their desk! At one point, they gave me an expected delivery of the week of January 30-2024. Well as of today, April 8th 2024, I am still no closer to finding out if and when my shed will be delivered. Was told 3 weeks ago , that they were going to give me a FREE ramp and get it to me within 10 days, but they would call me before delivering. Contacted the Artorney General today to let them know what is happening. Also have a phone call into my lawyer. I am ready to cancel and buy elsewhere. I should have read their reviews first. This is insane.

      I placed an order for a shed 11/10/2023 with a promised 8 week turnaround time and still have not received it. I have made several phone calls to the office for status and they have not provided me with a satisfactory answer.

      Placed an order on 9/23/23 for a 10x16 shed and paid in full $3000 via check. Was given a 3-8 week delivery time verbally and written on the contract. Did not hear anything from them until I called them on 11/17/23 to get an update. I was told that we were scheduled for the following week but with Thanksgiving, it would be a few more weeks. I called again after hearing nothing and they said it would be delivered before the end of the year. Again, hearing nothing from them, I called and they said someone would be in touch after the first of the year. Still nothing. After commenting on one of the Facebook posts, they blocked me and I got a call from Lana at their office on 2/2/23 to verify my order and said it would be delivered by the end of February. We heard nothing. We called multiple times and kept getting told that they would get back to us. Never received any call from them. On March 15th, I drove to their Liberty office to talk to Keith, the salesman. He told me he would talk to the "big boss" and get back to me. He never did. My wife called the office and someone did call back on that same day. They told her that they talked to the "big boss" and we would have our shed within 10 days. We have heard nothing and it's now been another two weeks. They keep giving us the run around, if we can talk to someone. They have only called us back once. This is theft. They keep posting similar sheds for sale to the one we ordered but won't deliver one they have in stock to us. It's been over six months of them lying to us about delivering our shed.

      On 12/26 2023 we purchased a shed from Keith Cullson at Timber Creek structures and was promised a 6-to-8-week delivery, After a reasonable amount of time i reached out to the company and started getting multiple excuses. And sometimes never getting a return call from Sandy. i feel I've patient with the company to make things right but to avail.

      On October 16, 2023, we purchased a shed from Timber Creek Structures for $1,500, paying in full with cash as per their advertised cash sale. We were informed that delivery would take place within 3-8 weeks. However, as of March 28, 2024, nearly six months later, we have not received our shed.

      Despite numerous attempts to contact Timber Creek Structures, we have been met with lies, excuses, and a complete lack of real updates. Promised return calls never materialize, and we have been blocked from many of their Facebook pages and profiles. We have learned that many other cash buyers are experiencing the same issues while those who financed through rent-to-own companies have received their sheds after speaking with many of their customers.

      At this point I can only believe that we have been taken advantage of and that Timber Creek Structures' actions constitute a scam. Essentially this is just theft. They take our money for a product they didn't deliver on and offer no updates on when we can expect delivery. Had we researched the company before making our purchase, we would have been aware of their long-standing reputation for such behavior.

      I've tried to be patient and avoid filling complaints or contacting media but nothing else has worked so far. At this point, we just want to have the shed delivered as originally agreed upon, as requesting a refund would result in a 25% cancellation fee. Since they won't communicate with us it's our hope that you can work on our behalf to communicate with them to ensure that they fulfill their contractual obligation. They've taken our money and in return we get nothing but excuses.

      I first inquired about Timbercreek buildings through Facebook on Dec. 22, 2023. They were helpful and provided me pics of chicken coops. I was shopping around and never responded, but they messaged me back on December 29, 2023 to let me know that the prices would be going up after the 1st of the year if I was still interested.

      I decided to place an order for a chicken coop and a check for 1/2 down ($1,066.97) was mailed January 1, 2024 and cashed January 8, 2024. I was told the delivery would be 3-8 weeks.

      At the 8 week mark (week of Feb 19, 2024) I called to check on the status. The company said they were behind due to sickness and weather, but the projected build date was set for March 1st, 2024.

      I called on March 6 to see how the build was coming along, and they couldn’t even find my order! Now at this point I’m getting nervous that this is a scam! The rep (Lana) told me she was filling in for her sister (Sandy) but would call me back. She never called me back, but she called my husband the next day to say the building would be delivered 3/13 and someone would call the day before with a timeframe. I called at the end of the day 3/12 to get a timeframe. They didn’t have one and never called me back.

      On 3/13, the day the building was supposed to be delivered, I called multiple times, none of the office staff had any answers as to where my building was or when it would be delivered. I’m definitely feeling scammed at this point! Then when they finally answered around noon, I’m told the trailer broke down, and my building would not be delivered.

      The following week, (March 18th) I’m told that the wind is too high for delivery and an estimated delivery date could not be determined.

      I’ve called and spoke with Sandy multiple times, and she never has answers and always has to “speak with the owner”. This is now 13 weeks and I can not get a delivery date or even an estimate, only excuse after excuse.

      We ordered a shed from Timber Creek Structures in October of 2022 with a delivery date of 8 to 12 weeks . after December we have been calling them almost monthly to find out where our shed was and getting nothing but a run around. When somebody would answer the phone they would say we will have somebody call you back, which they never did. They took a deposit from us of $1,450 when we asked for our money back they said it would be 8 to 12 weeks. It is now been over a year and a half they have refused all return calls to us they have blocked us from texting them on their Facebook page. We would like our money back, that is all we asked for. No one answers the phone when we call. I do believe the Facebook page has been deleted for their company and we still have seen no deposit refunded from them.

      I ordered a shed on December 27, 2023 from their Liberty lot. I was told 3-8 weeks from time of order to delivery. Here I sit at week 11 (3/17/24) with no shed and no time frame. I called at week 10 and was told they haven’t started to build the shed yet. Then I’m told that they will call me back to give an update time frame. Nobody calls back with new information. I have to call them back every week just to get the same response. I just want the product I ordered. I had to pay 50% down to place the order and now I have no idea if I will ever receive my shed or if I will ever get my money back.

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. I am concerned that they will follow thru as I have heard this before. I will wait till next week, and if I receive the money I will let this go.
