  Immediate panic set in as I was no longer able to open or retrieve files from a USB thumbdrive that contained several years worth of professional work. After attempting to retrieve the data with some local tech assistance, we were able to access some of the data, but it was only raw data with no file names. After finding Secure Data Recovery through a quick internet search, they were helpful from the beginning. *************************** walked me through their process with reassurance at every step. Part of the reassurance was knowing that if they could not recover a majority of the data, there would not be a significant financial obligation. ******* was prompt in responses and extended the offer to continue to help and answer questions as I received my recovered data back.   Had my 15+year old hard drive recovered fully which I didnt think was possible especially after taking it to a few other data recovery shops in which they were unable to recover my data in which I barley even had communication with them, but with secure data recovery and team, I got everything on that failed drive *************** and problem free. ************************* Really took time to answer any and all questions I had and was very patient with me and worked with me to get this drive back knowing how much it meant to me.   After OS became corrupt, all attempts to recover files were not successful. Sent to Secure Data and they were able to recover the files quickly. Although services are pricey, they were able to work with me on flexible payment plans. Drive they sent was encrypted and secured. Could not have asked for any better service. Highly recommended.

  **** was absolutely amazing. ********** and asked all the questions. I lost about 4tb worth of data and they recovered 95% of it. Turn around time was the fastest I seen in the industry. Best customer service. Don't go to the small shops that would peek at your sensitive documents/data. This is a big company, first in the nation to be certified and takes privacy seriously. I sent them my drive and after 2-3 days, a diagnostic was done. It was broken and corrupted. Worst shape possible, still recovered even PAST deleted files. The engineers in the lab are amazing but **** led the way in coordinating the process of shipping my external hard drive to ******** and made the pickup/drop off process as smooth as can be. I have to say if I ever have data loss issues ever again, I wouldn't hesitant to contact Secure Data Recovery. They are the industry's best, and you get what you pay for! It's worth every *****!!! I was skeptical at first too and almost wanted to back out due to pricing but I'm glad it was done in such a quick and professional manner. The whole process was smooth sailing and I couldn't ask for anything better. It was truly unbelievable and trust me I'm the last person that wants to write a length review about his broken hard drive.
