      I have been working as an IT professional for 7 years. I chose data recovery services after finding them in a search. They got good reviews so I figured I would give them a shot. We lost an entire disk array for our main company VM. It was 6 500gb hard drives with several servers worth of data including our companys main file share. Getting it back was not critical, but better than losing it. *************************** was very helpful and responsive throughout the process, and Im happy to report a complete recovery was accomplished.       Due to an improperly configured NAS (only 1 drive), the drive eventually failed. An inspection revealed that the read/write heads failed, and as a result, 10GB out of 623GB of data were unrecoverable.The recovered data was transferred and sent back in a timely fashion. Very satisfied with the service.

      I was obviously pretty upset when my external drive failed and I was unable to mount it on my desktop. Within minutes of submitting a request for more information from the Secure Data Recovery website, **** had called to explain the process. He was super informative, and extremely transparent. More than anything else, after explaining my situation, he was confident that we would be able to recover the most important files on my drive. After that, he was there every step of the way. Communication was excellent...Top notch service...Very happy to be getting my files back!
