      When I accidentally broke my flash drive, I loss many years of work. Secure Data Recovery was able to recovery my work off the broken flash drive and ship it to me very quickly. I was elated I didn't have to reconstruct the information that I loss on the flash drive. I am very happy with Secure Data Recovery's work and I would recommend them to anyone needing their services.       I was helped by several people including ********************* who did a fantastic job communicating with me about the transportation and analysis of my laptop. Sadly they weren't able to help recover the data, which only makes me more appreciative that the diagnostic was free of charge.

      What comes to mind regarding the service my Family received from SDR is Simply IMPRESSIVE!!! *****, my lead tech advisor was more than patient and understand of Our Families Needs. The data on our now damaged hard drives could not be retrieved without the assistance of a professional technician. ***** and his team went to work with out delay and had results for us in two short weeks! ***** kept me in the loop and provided updates per my requests via email. It was fulfilling to know at each step where my service request was progressing. I shared with ***** not only Great-Job, this was likely not our last visit!       My portable SSD crashed recently. I found SDRS through Western Digital.These guys were fast and knowledgeable. They did everything they promised to do. Leading me step by step through the process and estimates for the data recovery. I would recommend them without question.

      Although I am not a corporate customer, SDC's courtesy, attention to detail, and patience was always there as they recovered treasured family memorabilia for me. ***************************, *********** Specialist in particular, walked me through the process and was able to secure and return the precious data to me almost faster than I was able to respond to his requests for passwords etc. Glad that the people at Apple recommended this company.

      Our SSD became corrupted and lost years of work data overnight. I worked with their rep ************************* to get a quote that was satisfactory for both parties. The data and new drive were returned in a promptly time. My experience dealing with Secure Data Recovery was very high and I'd recommend their service for getting your data back.
