      I contacted Secure Data after my external hard disk drive (EHD) stopped being detectable and accessible on my computer. This *** had many family photos and important documents I was transferring to it, so I was seriously concerned about losing the data permanently. Secure Datas accreditations as a government-approved contractor and A+ rating with the ********************* gave me confidence they would be able to figure out my EHD issues. I quickly heard from ******** ******, a Dedicated Account Representative. He was able to set up a meeting to discuss my issue and start the process of sending my EHD to their cleanroom lab. After running diagnostics, ******** talked to me about the results and the technicians felt confident they could get my data back. ******** was able to assist with all my questions promptly and professionally. He also assisted with financing options that worked best for my budget. Secure Data recovered *****% of my data from my external drive which is incredible. I would happily recommend them for all data recovery needs.

      I thought I had lost all of my family photos on a bad hard drive. Secure Data immediately diagnosed the problem and provided me with all of my pictures on a new hard drive with a backup hard drive as well. The whole process was quick, less than 3 weeks from start to finish and was 1st class the whole way. 100% would recommend to anyone.

      I had a brand new hard drive die on me with a bunch of work that had unfortunately not been backed up yet and I was so stressed out and for sure thought that this drive was toast. However, ***** assured me things would likely be ok and he could not have instilled more confidence in me that we would get data recovered. They Recovered all of my data from the drive and I could not be more happy with the results, from start to finish everything was taken care of professionally and efficiently. I can't reccommend ***** and Secure data recovery enough. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

      ****** saved my bacon. Great customer service and great follow up. As a professional videographer I always had my files backed up. However... at home was a different story. I smoked a drive with over ***** historical photos (one of a kind) and family photos. Throw in some business files as well. Within a week and a half I'm back up and running. (now I can tell my wife what happened... Should would not have been a happy camper if I lost the family history photos)

      My dude. Mr. ********** took me on a journey that was, admittedly, scary at first. But ultimately turned out with me dancing like a fresh teen to music I thought was lost forever.
