      I had backed up my data in August of 23 and my jump drive crashed that December. I lost all the documents I had created. Hundreds of hours lost and I was facing at least 150 hours to re-create all these documents. Secure Data Recovery saved me a massive amount of time by recovering my data. **** ****** was super-helpful and friendly. ****** learned: Back up your files more often but if I ever need to do this again, I will go back to Secure Data Recovery to help me out.

      Secure Data Recovery Services is fast, efficient, and dependable in all aspects. Quality customer service at its finest----I promise. I was working with a representative from the company by the name of **** ****** and he was awesome. Anytime I sent an email for a question or request, he responded in a timely manner. The service that was provided regarding my 2 hard drives was awesome. I did not have any issues with the service or the quality of the product after I received it. The packaging and timely delivery of my hard drive was really shocking ---which was very good because I needed my hard drives as soon as possible and **** coordinated to make that happen. Great service!

      I was delighted with a series of photos I had been able to take of a flying hawk and then close to insane when I tried to download from the ** express type B card and got a message that the card needed to be formatted. Long story short, it was back to delight when Secure Data recovered the entire contents of the card. I also want to give a call out to **** ******, the ******** explained everything to me clearly, was happy to answer any questions I had, and never seemed rushed in dealing with me. He was also impressive in his efficiency and in the speed he responded to emails. Although I can't say I would want to do it again, it was a pleasure doing business with him.

      Amazing Service and Quick Turnaround I can''t express how appreciative I am of the Secure Data Recovery team for retreiving all of my photos and video from my broken hard drive. About a year ago I thought all of my memories were lost and the Data Recovery team was able to get them back. I am so thankful for their hard work and turning around the recovery faster than they had quoted me. A huge shout out to my agent ***** ******** for working with me and guiding me along the way! I kept putting off getting the hard drive analyzed, but I am so happy that I went with the Secure Data Recovery service! Worth every *****.

      As a recording artist, when I found that my hard drive was corrupted and I would potentially lose years worth of work, I was devastated. Luckily, I found Secure Data and was helped by ***** to get by files back. Not only did they get my files back quickly, but they were able to do so at a very affordable and reasonable price, and ***** was incredibly patient and understanding with my plan to get my files taken care of. I would highly recommend Secure Data to anyone who finds themselves in the unfortunate place I did with my data!
