  I can't express how grateful I am for the exceptional service I received from ****** ****** at Secure Data Recovery. After losing over ***** precious photos, videos, and important data from my iPhone about a year ago, I had nearly given up hope.   I'll be honest, I was a little skeptical of using a "mail off" service, but my Hard Drive crashed, and they are a recommended company on WD website. So I took a chance. Overall, my Secure Data Recovery experience was excellent. The email and phone correspondence with ***** and **** was fast, professional, courteous, and keep me at ease. The company recovered 98% of my data from my hard drive that just quite working, despite it being even more damaged than I thought.The cost was quite a bit more than I was anticipating, but because the ** was so far gone getting baby pictures, family pictures, ***** year old documents and files, that's priceless. They may be able to offer a payment plan too, which helped. I would recommend them for any service in recovering lost data.

  I reached out to Secure Data Recovery Services when my hard disk stopped working. I had a lot of important data saved on the hard disk so it was important that I get the data somehow extracted. I reached out to them thinking they were in ***********, ******* but the lab is actually in *******. However, **** made life very easy. Shipping was covered and also after initial evaluation, they helped with a payment plan too. It was pricey but rest assured, they retrieved all data from the old and saved it on an encrypted new hard disk. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone but Secure Data Recovery Services are a great choice to get back your lost data!

  I had my external hard drive lock up on me recently, I had hundreds of hours of work saved on it. I was unable to get access to it through conventional methods, I was given the phone number for Secure Data Recovery. I called and spoke to ************, he was very thorough and took me through the process step by step. The cost was not cheap but thanks to ***** and the team there, they were able to retrieve the vast majority of the files I had stored on there. I would gladly recommend their services should you find yourself in a similar situation and ***** was eminently helpful, he put my mind at ease and made what could have been a stressful ordeal much smoother. Thanks again to these folks.

  The team at Secure data recovery was able to successfully recover files from my damaged WD hard drive. The team diagnosed the issues as corrupted service area modules, requiring manual work to address. Communication with the data recovery specialist was frequent, clear, and he took time to go over my questions and concerns. I did have sticker shock at the price quoted to complete the work. When I dropped off the hard drive at the retail location to be shipped to the lab, the associate estimated the cost to be around $500. The quote I received from Secure Data Recovery was over $2,000! Because I wasn't in a rush for the files, they were able to bring the price down, however, their prices are quoted in USD even though the work to my hard drive was being done in *******. Overall, customer service was excellent!

  Is there a 10 star rating because Secure Data Recovery Services earned it. I had given up trying to retrieve data from an old Maxtor One Touch external hard drive. I contacted **** and to my surprise they let me know it would be an easy process to recover my files. Im thinking magical, wizardry or some other hocus pocus! Every step of the way from initial contact to progress in recovery I felt completely comfortable. The level of customer service is phenomenal, especially ******** ******. Many thanks to the team.

  **;****************, would recommend 100%.****** at the **************, ** office was courteous, professional, and worked with me on pricing...whilst most importantly, securing ALL the data I had lost access to.I'd heard horror stories about the cost of data recovery, but when I found myself in need Secure Data Recovery put those fears to rest and make it a painless process with 100% retrieval.
