  ********** team did an amazing job recovering my 16 TB external hard drive. I am very impressed with their amazing customer service and and technical capability to restore all the important data that I thought was lost forever. I recommend their service without hesitation! 5 stars all around!!

  Secure Date Recovery Services is the BEST You know honestly, I could have gone my entire life, without ever having known anything about secure data recovery services, and I would have been just fine with that. But Ill tell you this... I sure as H*** am glad I know about them now.Because, one day, all of a sudden, my old reliable, 20 year old, western digital external hard drive, would not even turn on anymore. It was just dead.So I called a couple computer tech guys that I trusted, and had them look at it. but they both told me that it needed some serious surgery, and they didnt want to touch it. So I thought, GREAT, what the h*** am I gonna do now? I just lost .... Everything. I used to own a sign and graphics company, for 20 years and basically my entire life's portfolio was on that external hard drive.. So I figured, if I'm gonna spend the money to do this, I wanted, true, straight up, honest professionals .with a long track record of successful data recovery.So after doing some research, I found exactly what I was looking for, with secure data recovery services. when I reached out to them, I was lucky enough, to speak to *******************************. He was very knowledgeable and professional. That gave me the confidence to move forward with letting them take care of my situation.   I had a relatively new HDD fail. They examined the drive and sent back a report detailing the problem along with the cost estimate. Data was retrieved and sent back to me within a week. I recovered about 99% of the data. Very professional services. They aren't cheap, but considering the expertise and environment needed to pull this off, it isn't something you want to try yourself. I would have no problem recommending SDRS to my family members.

  I found an old external hard drive that had been in a box for about 9 years after my computer crashed. It included many valuable pics and other documents that I wanted to keep. I always thought I would have access because I backed them up, right? Wrong! Several operating system updates later and I could no longer access the drive. ***** was able to recover the data and make it accessible to me with my current OS. There was communication at each step along the way and all of my questions were answered. It was expensive but I felt it was worth it to have these items back.
