  I had a great experience with Secure Data Recovery. My customer service **** ******* was fantastic - always responded to me quickly. I would recommend this company without reservation, they were honorable and that's everything to me. My only caveat is that they are more expensive than some other companies who are also reputable, so make sure you see the price range before deciding.

  I rarely leave reviews, but I felt one was necessary this time. Secure Data Recovery was able to repair our external hard drive that had stopped working; it included numerous pictures from our wedding, first five years of marriage, work files backup, and more. Just as important as the repair itself, ***** was always available and helpful each step of the way with what I believe was the best customer service I have ever had with a company. We are truly appreciative and highly recommend this company to anyone in a similar situation.

  After my phone was run over multiple times, I did not have much hope for data recovery. However, Secure Data Recovery Services recovered 100% of all data in a short amount of time, quicker than the estimated timeframe. ************************* gave great customer service, being both prompt to respond and informative about the process of data recovery.
