      I had the greatest experience with 3 hard drives that wouldnt work for me anymore. The team was very professional and helpful, they even allowed me to paid as It did go, which it was a very big help.I will recommend them to anyone who needs data recovery.****************************************, **

      My hard drive was running at 100% after a Windows 10 update and I took it to a local ***air store for troubleshooting. Needless to say, my drive had crashed and the local ***air shop referred me to Secure Data Recovery Services after telling me that their shop could not recover any of the data. I spoke with ***** *. on the initial call to Secure Data Recovery Services and he was my service *** throughout the process. After an initial assessment, ***** told me that their engineers could recover my data but that 100% recovery was not guaranteed. The entire process took less than two weeks and I was very thankful that the team was able to recover almost all of the data! ***** was professional and nice to deal with and patient with me when I asked questions. I would definitely recommend Secure Data Recovery Services.

      I contacted Secure Data Recovery Services after my hard drive stopped responding when plugged into my computer. I was heartbroken and searching for the best way to try to get it back. From the first phone call, they were so helpful. They explained the process and answered all my questions. ***** was assigned as my account representative and when he was out of the office for a couple days someone else followed up with me. They were very prompt each step of the way. I mailed my hard drive to them and they kept me informed. They called me to let me know what was wrong and how it would be fixed. The quote was higher than I had budgeted, but they were able to work with me to complete the job at a lower price as long as I was okay with waiting longer so they work could be completed on off-hours. The turnaround was still very quick and I was given a directory to the recovered files, which was 100% of my files! They will now be sent back on a new hard drive. Working with the payment system was also very easy. Im excited to get my files back (and will be making better backups for the future).

      Many years ago I decided to back up my data to give my aging computer a clean start. The job went well until I went to retrieve my data and found that the drive i had purchased just for the task, brand new, had a mechanical failure and I could not access the data. The manufacturer was no help, they offered to replace the drive but i had to return it, and my data would be gone. I carried that failure like an albatross around my neck for years and finally saved up the money to see if it could be salvaged. I was doubtful it could but **** ****** helped me start the journey to get it all back. I couldn't believe how helpful Secure Data Recovery was. Every step was simple, from sending them the drive, to to online contract, arranging payment and getting everything shipped back. They even provided the package tracking number in the final confirmation email. Hopefully I never need to use a service like this again, but it sure is nice to know if it all goes bad, there is help available.

      ******************, and team at SDRS were experts at getting my data recovered 100%. Had an external HDD (2TB) fail with no access to my data. Not having ever experienced this before, I was able to get process help immediately regarding opening a call and submitting my drive for repair. Steps were secure and easy. After they received the drive, I received detailed progress updates and their initial evaluation chances for data recovery. It was critical business data and worth the cost compared to the potential loss of 10+ years of accumulated data. The process was quick for the work performed and the option I chose for recovery. Excellent technical repair service and their customer care was outstanding.

      So grateful for Secure Data Recovery Services! After my phone was stuck in a bootloop due to a failing motherboard, I thought all data was lost due to failure to backup. I tried using a local service that just made the situation worse; at this point I was willing to try anything and found Secure Data online. I spoke with ***** and he helped me set everything up promptly and was patient with my personal delays when unforeseen circumstances arose. They were able to recover my data 100% and recover critical medical records and photos/videos impossible to recreate. Further, they were prompt with service and I was able to get my phone back within the 30 day trade in period with my carrier. They made a highly stressful situation and period of my life much more manageable. Thank you so much!

      Recovered all my data from my hard drive. tried others and they couldn't solve my problem. **** did a great job and quick, easy to send them the data, constant communication, ****, excellent, he was on top of my case, giving me updates on the progress.
