      I had a fantastic experience with this company. I made a really silly mistake of putting everything on one USB drive when I needed to upgrade my computer, and I didn't back anything up. Of course, that's when my USB drive snapped in half!! Luckily, they were able to recover everything-- quickly, and at a fair price, too. The person who helped me with everything, ***************************, was incredibly professional and kind. Thank you!

      Amazing customer service! They gave a great price with a quick turn around and the staff were super friendly. I formatted a hard drive with important info on it and they were able to get back what I needed. Could not recommend enough.

      I had an WD MyBook that I sat a side and forgot about (big mistake) as this drive was dated to the ** and would not work with windows 11. WD recommend Secure Data and I called and got ********************* we spoke for a few minutes and he sent me an email with complete details. Sent drive to Secure Data Recovery to run diagnostics. ********************* was wonderful and kept in constant contact with me. They were able to recover everything that was on the MyBook. Programs are one thing, but pictures and video's can never be replaced! This company is for great service and **** is for customer satisfaction. Thank you **** and you have my business forever.**********

      I am still astonished at the fact that over 99% of over two years of work was recovered from my Seagate drive that just stopped working one day! I really believed all was lost after a local company tried to retrieve the files without success, and ******* refused to assist. Its hard to know what companies can be trusted to live up to their promises. I wholeheartedly endorse and recommend Secure Data Recovery. The value for the reasonable cost exceeded our expectations.       These guys are real professionals! Had a catastrophic hard drive failure. I thought a lot of my data would be lost forever.       I had never experienced data loss on any of my devices until one unfortunate day when my external hard drive, which stored about 500 GB of personal files, took a small tumble and malfunctioned. Secure Data Services was able to recover all but 1 GB of data, which was overwhelmingly successful! Their representatives were very helpful and patient with me. Thank you, Secure Data Recovery!

      Made a dumb mistake of trying twice to turn on my hard drive after I dropped it. Seriously thought it was a goner. But they manage to recover nearly all of my files. Only 17 out of 50000 files was unrecoverable. Fine works these guys have done Also excellent customer service. Super fast response time.
