  I had an old external hard drive that was broken and I sent it to Secure Data Recovery to run diagnostics. They got back to me the next day. ********************* was wonderful and kept in constant contact with me. They were able to recover everything that was on my hard drive. They are willing to work with you financially to help you recover all the important things you thought were gone forever. Documents are one thing, but pictures can never be replaced! Thank you so much!

  My thumb drive filled with years of important data failed.   I contacted Secure Data Recovery regarding my failed external backup hard drive. I had been told by others that the data, which was very important to me, was unrecoverable. I sent my hard Drive to Secure Data, and they recovered everything. Throughout, they made to process simple and painless. *************************** was my point of contact and he was extremely helpful, pleasant and professional. I highly recommend Secure Data.   We had a rescue pet get tangled up in my laptop cord while I was gone And dragged my laptop and external Easy Store hard drive off the table. The hard drive was split open and would not read the data anymore; I had millions of dollars worth of invoices, data, images, pay applications, and other documents that I thought were forever lost (2 years of work of critical data). I took the external device to the "Geek Squad" at Best Buy. After 2 weeks, they notified me that they were sending it to an out-of-state clean room for recovery; they kept the device for 2 months, contacted me, and said NO data could be recovered from the device, and all data was lost.I could not accept this; I searched the net for an expert, found Secure Data Recovery, and filled out the online form. *************************** contacted me within minutes; he told me to print the label and send the device to him, and they could almost guarantee they could recover the data. They stayed in constant contact with me during the process. I got an email about 3 or 4 weeks later, Telling me that they recovered 80% of the data and sent me the data on a password-protected external drive (New), and when I opened the device to back it up, Everything worked perfectly as promised. They did a fantastic job, and I am thrilled to have found them. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

  My main drive unexpectedly stopped working, and hadn't been backed up... I had both personal and business files stored on it, so it was quite the blow! Secure Data was able to recover 90% of my files, as my drive had some physical damage to it. I'm very pleased with the results and their time was very responsive throughout the entire process. Sad that I had this happen, but thankful for the assistance and recovery!
