      My external hard drive crashed and it contained hundreds of pictures of my kids. I took it to a local repair shop but they were unable to fix it and referred me to Secure Data. I called them and they were immediately responsive and walked me through the whole process. After I mailed my hard drive I received regular updates from them on the progress and they were able to successfully recover 100% of my pictures even faster than anticipated. I am so thankful for this service and so grateful to have all of my photos.

      Secure Data Recovery was recommended by a friend. They were wonderful to work with during this process. Every step was handled like they explained. There were no surprises. They even completed the recovery sooner than anticipated. I would definitely recommend them! I give them a 4.5 and really appreciate the professional services.       I would recommend this company to anyone who loses data. They offer a reasonable rate. I spoke with *********************** who walked me through the whole process and communicated with me frequently and kept me up to date on the whole process. They were able to recover all the data.       I used Secure Data Recovery after my external hard drive fell and broke. They were able to recover most of my data. They were very courteous and professional. They were very helpful in working out a payment plan for me and worked to ensure that I was satisfied. I am very happy with their service and will used them again if needed.

      My external hard drive fell from my laptop to the floor as I was moving them which caused a *************** was unable to get 10+ years of family photos and other data. I took it in to a local computer shop who was unsuccessful at retrieving the data. After 1 year of trying to convince myself to pay the money itd cost to attempt the clean room retrieval I finally made the decision to try it. Secure Data was successful at retrieving all but I file. Im very pleased with them and their staff was very knowledgeable & helpful throughout the process. Thank you!
