      I recently had a 1.5 TB HDD die unexpectedly. It had a lot of data stored on it. Fortunately, Secure Data Recovery was able to discover the issues (combination of mechanical failure preventing normal reading of the drive, and some minor corruption likely caused by a recent power outage just before it died) and assured me it was something they could fix. The initial cost estimate was, unfortunately, rather high for me at the time. However, they were willing to negotiate a lower price in exchange for lowering it's priority (so instead of 3-5 day turnaround, I was expecting a few weeks). To my surprise, the very next day I got an email saying they have it ready for me!Absolutely amazing! Thank you so very much!

      My micro SD phone card had completely corrupted and I couldn't fix it myself, so I sent it off to Secure Data Recovery. They were very responsive, informative and helpful throughout the whole process. They were able to recover almost all of my pictures and videos at a reasonable price.

      I had a ******* T7 SSD that randomly crashed on me. SecureData was able to retrieve 99% of the data accurately and returned all the data to me on a new hard drive. The staff were friendly and very easy to work with as well as accommodating to your needs. Thank you SecureData!

      I must admit that ******* and his team are lifesavers. I had an external drive that had some wedding photos on that I shot and was destroyed before delivering to the client. SDR was able to recover all of the files and get them back to me in their original state. ******* was very accomodating and helpful throughout the whole process. I would recommend them to anyone. 5 stars They were able to calm all of my anxiety and stress.

      My account manager *************************** from Secure Data Recovery was great from the very start. He outlined the entire process to me and within a few days of me shipping my hard drive to him, he had recovered almost all of the data on my unfunctional hard drive. He was extremely accommodating with making arrangements for payment and shipping the hard drive back to me. Waiting for the new hard drive to arrive but so far, I am extremely pleased with their level of service. Thanks *****!

      I had an external usb drive that had sat in storage forever and was locked up. They were able to recover 99% of the files on the disk. Really happy to retrieve some long lost digital pics. Great service and quick communication. Highly recommend!
