      I was pleasantly surprised how straightforward and painless this process was. Especially after the sudden and unexpected failure of my hard drive. I thought the files were gone forever! My Account Representative, *********************, was extremely helpful and explained everything in detail so I knew what to expect. To top it off, the recovery was success! Thanks a million ****!

      Secure Data went beyond my expectations with the data recovery for my extremely damaged harddrive! They were able to recover 98% of it despite it being dropped and unresponsive. Even staff in an associated tech store couldn't believe the success rate they had! Specifically cannot thank ****** F enough for his incredible support and patience throughout the entire process - some personal work issues delayed the frequency that I could get in contact with him but his professionalism and understanding was unwavering throughout! Thank you SO so much, so relieved I went to you guys first!

      Secure Data Recovery (******* in particular) was very helpful in going over the recovery process and getting my drive shipped to their clean room for safe recovery of my files (~96% recovery). I appreciate the responsiveness and helpfulness throughout the process. Would recommend to a friend/colleague in a similar situation. It was a bit pricier than expected but I appreciated the variety of options depending on the immediacy of getting your data back.

      SDRS had both a great price and great service. I loved the sliding scale of time and cost (thankfully, it was not urgent for us). ***** was prompt, courteous, and professional in every email. We recovered more data than expected and at a lower price than the other three services we priced out.

      My MacBook failed and I could not access its files -- including many photographs, family history, CDs, songs, poetry and many other documents. Secure Data Recovery handled this for me, and did a wonderful job! All my files were restored for a reasonable cost, sent to me and are now loaded on my new MacBook Air -- ready to be backed up.
